The local tour guides focused on showing us the pits and buying jade, but were incredibly dismissive of the Lishan Garden. Such a magnificent historical site, they said, was just a pile of dirt, far less important than the "Xi'an Eternal Love" performance! We decided to stay away! The Terracotta Warriors and Horses pits are magnificent, but not worth lingering in. The exhibition halls are decent. The entrance fee includes the Lishan Garden, but most tourists, persuaded by the guide, didn't go, which made our visit much easier. The Qin bronze chariot exhibit was fantastic, showcasing the exceptional metallurgy, mechanics, and craftsmanship of this national treasure. The mausoleum is lush with cypress trees, the tranquility of Mount Li, and the mysterious underground palace of the First Emperor hidden beneath. The Qin Mausoleum Museum is truly worth it!
