It&#39;s a fun ride up and down. The scenery at the top is stunning. The restaurant was very good. I give it 5 stars because it is OK.  $15 to park. $66 for a couple to go up ( if you are over 65, you get $1.25 off). Lunch for two was $94 plus tip. So, it&#39;s $170 for a fun 20 minute round trip ride and a couple of sandwiches and tea.

The view was amazing I could just sit there and look at the view for hours you would love it too and the Tran is so nice you will enjoy it too

Good for a day trip. we spent ~3 hours inside. it was a little over one hour drive from Palm Springs.

The park is very big. It takes several hours or several days to drive in. There are many zones, but we chose to go to an easy and interesting place.

Joshua Tree National Park
Joshua Tree National Park is located in southern California, USA. It became a national historic monument in 1936. In 1994, the United States Congress passed the California Desert Conservation Act (Public Law 103-Section 433), and the national park was officially established.
Joshua trees belong to the lily family and are actually a super-large yucca. The name Joshua tree was given by Mormon pioneers because their branches extend upward, and from a distance they look like &quot;praying trees&quot;. The peak growing season is from February to April.

In March, from San Diego in the southwest to the northeast, through snow-capped mountains, through the famous desert palm springs, to Joshua Tree National Park, the Pearl of the Mexican desert. The park is just over two hours&#39;drive from Los Angeles and is a paradise for campers and rock climbers. Private cars cost only 30 dollars per car and can be freely accessed for a week. One of the distinguishing features here is the huge weathered stones, which cover all over the mountains and pose in thousands of ways. As long as flying imaginary wings, you can see countless stone-like human beings, can not help but marvel at the magic of nature&#39;s hand, knife and axe. Another feature of the park is the Joshua trees, which grow stubbornly in the sand and rocks, cover the ground hard, stretch to the sky as far as possible, and try to compete with the boulders. As a result, the trees won and became the national park. Stone can stand on foot, but trees can&#39;t. In this season, there are also flowers fighting in the desert, birds contending, announcing to the world that wild flowers and wild birds also have spring. The third feature of the park is to watch the sunset. When the sunset comes, the colour here will be suffocating. The park is very big, only slightly smaller than Rhode Island. March is the best season. It&#39;s sunny, not cold or hot. Friends who have time and love nature can arrange for a few more days to feel the beauty of the long, quiet space here.
