Gorgeous park. Spend a full day here exploring the various sections. Remember to bring along sandals so you walk in the water & cool your feet. It was extremely crowded when we visited during the July summer holidays. Thankfully it was still manageable. Beautiful cascades & waterfalls along the way. Worth the around 10km hike thru the various trails.
Apart from the Seven-Arch Bridge, the rest of the scenery is good, especially the 68-level waterfall, which is very impressive. Although it is nearing the end of the holiday, there are still many tourists, but there is basically no need to wait for the sightseeing bus. The commercial area is very complete, and there are many shops at each viewing point, especially a lot of food.

It is very worth punching in the scenic spot. The most fun project is bamboo rafting. The scenery is all the gift of pure natural nature. There are mountains, waters and pastoral areas. 🌊Rafting Experience:
I chose the popular route from Jinlong Bridge to Jiuxian County, which covers approximately 6 kilometers and lasted nearly 90 minutes. Along the way, the raft slowly glided through the crystal-clear water, revealing tiny fish and shrimp frolicking beneath. Every time we passed a dam, the raft whizzed down, splashing huge waves. It was both thrilling and exciting. This collision of speed and excitement had me screaming!
🌄Scenery Along the Way:
The scenery along the way is picturesque, with karst peaks of varying shapes. Some resemble camels crossing a river, some like fairies descending to earth, and still others like five fingers reaching up to the sky. It's truly a marvel of nature's wonders. The riverside scenery is also captivating, with vast expanses of lush green rice paddies and the occasional wisp of smoke rising from farmhouses, creating a tranquil and peaceful rural scene.
💁♂️Service:
The raft driver was incredibly friendly. He not only expertly maneuvered the raft, but also explained the various scenic spots along the way and cracked jokes, making the entire rafting experience full of laughter and joy. Furthermore, the driver's photography skills were exceptional, proactively helping us find the perfect angles. Every photo we took could be a wallpaper!

Be sure to book your tickets in advance through the official platform. During peak season, tickets are extremely popular. I booked a week in advance and was able to secure my preferred time slot. Also, remember to bring your ID for easy ticket collection.

I took my parents and children on a three-day, two-night trip to Guilin, visiting Elephant Trunk Hill, the Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas, Yangshuo's Ten-Mile Art Gallery, and Xingping Ancient Town. I personally think the boat trip from Guilin to Yangshuo is the highlight of both Guilin and Yangshuo. For four hours, I thoroughly enjoyed the scenery along the river, while the rest of the itinerary was relatively insignificant. If you have the time, I highly recommend taking this boat trip.
"Guilin landscape is the world, Yangshuo landscape is Guilin", and the Lijiang is the essence of Yangshuo scenery. It is worth going. Fanjing Mountain is a real-life fairyland! Ride the cable car up through the clouds, and the golden summit looks like a stone peak split by a giant axe. The suspended sky bridge is breathtaking. The mushroom-shaped rocks have stood for eons, weathering wind and rain with unwavering stability. Clouds drift in from the mountains, and the golden temple roofs loom, reminiscent of the abode of the gods. On the way down, I encountered little squirrels, completely unafraid of people. The climb was worth it; this scenery is etched into my DNA!
Apart from the traffic jams and long queues, the other services at Fanjing Mountain are excellent and the tourism is more mature. It is really cold on the top of the mountain, so you must be well prepared beforehand and wear long sleeves and windproof clothes.

Wujiang Village is well built, but I really don't recommend coming here on holidays because there are too many people, which completely affects the mood of traveling. There are people everywhere when taking pictures, and when going to the toilet. Even when we were tired and wanted to sit down by the road, there was no place to sit. In the end, we chose to go boating.

Visiting Elephant Mountain during a downpour is a unique experience. It's not without its crowds, but it's definitely better than on a sunny day. Free reservations are available. Enter through Gate 3, scan the QR code, and follow the trails to Love Island, then Elephant Mountain. We took a bamboo raft for 50 yuan per person, circling the mountain twice, and took photos with the ospreys (10 yuan for both). Finally, we exited through Gate 1 and strolled back to the hotel. Prices in tourist cities are quite impressive, I love it!
We first arrived in Guilin from Yangshuo. Xingping Town in Yangshuo (the 20 RMB place) was filthy and messy. The Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area was small, and prices were incredibly high. A bottle of mineral water cost 6 RMB...
There's a bus stop right outside Gate 2, which was quite convenient.

The largest karst cave in China, it is so shocking. I went there during the summer vacation. There was a traffic jam 3 kilometers away from the entrance of the scenic area. It took more than 40 minutes to get in. The weather was 35 degrees. The car in the scenic area could not get off. I had to walk to the entrance of Zhijin Cave Scenic Area from the exit of the Grand Canyon. The 150,000-year-old Overlord Helmet and the 17-meter-high Silver Rain Tree were so shocking that I couldn't experience it unless I watched them up close. There were too many people and there was only a narrow staircase. I couldn't walk at all.
Very satisfied, definitely worth the trip! It's beautiful and spectacular!!!
It's just so huge, so it can be tiring!
Also, it's really cold inside, so remember to bring a jacket!

The Longji Rice Terraces were truly breathtaking. We visited both Ping'an and Jinkeng villages. The Ping'an rice terraces are winding and winding, while the Jinkeng rice terraces are majestic and magnificent. The journey was a bit long, though. From the Ping'an parking lot, we took a shuttle bus to Jiulong Wuhu, then walked to Qixing Banyue, and then back to the parking lot. The journey was quite long, but the scenery was breathtaking. We took the Jinkeng cable car and got off, but didn't go to the Thousand-Layered Ladder (we ran out of time). The view from the Golden Buddha Summit gave us a sense of commanding the entire mountain range.
The Longji Rice Terraces are a magnificent epic! Across the mountain ridges, a thousand-layered green belt winds and swirls like a giant dragon leaping, a scene of extraordinary grandeur. In spring, water reflects the sky, summer brings swaying wheat fields, autumn paints golden waves to the clouds, and winter hides in a blanket of silver, the four seasons transforming into a picturesque scene. The terraces, stacked like stairways ascending to heaven, embody the wisdom of the Zhuang ancestors and the ingenuity of coexisting with nature, a timeless masterpiece of humanity's interplay with the mountains and rivers. Walking among them feels like strolling through a gallery of heaven and earth, a breathtaking experience!
