This is the third time I've taken a cruise to see the beauty of West Lake. The flow of people during the National Day holiday was okay, and the queues were not long. It was just that the weather was hot this year. The overall tour route was reasonably designed and convenient, and it was also easy to take children.
I watched an international performance, which was a shocking spiritual baptism in terms of vision, hearing and smell. I have seen it before, but the content was different this time. The combination of intelligent sound and light and the performance of the staff made me feel that it was very worthwhile. If I come to West Lake again, I will watch the show again.

If Nanjing is a profound history book, then Zhongshan Scenic Area is its most brilliant chapter. It's not just a single scenic spot, but an open-air museum blending natural landscapes, imperial charm, Republican era history, and Zen life. Its layered historical textures are most captivating. The atmosphere changes the moment you drive onto the tree-lined avenue. Towering plane trees shield you from the bustle of the city, leaving the air imbued with a cool and tranquil atmosphere. The blue tiles and white walls of the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum majestically stretch along the mountainside. Looking back from the summit, the majestic and expansive beauty of this perfect fusion of architecture and nature is enough to silence all the noise. The stone carvings of the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum and the changing colors of the Stone Elephant Road (especially the "most beautiful 600 meters" in autumn) silently tell the story of the beginning of another dynasty. The romantic conception of the Meiling Palace, a "jewel necklace," adds a touch of tenderness to this landscape. Even more remarkable, it offers a variety of ways to explore. As a history seeker, you can spend an entire day immersed in this "modern history book." Or, simply to enjoy the city's green lungs, stroll through the pine forest of Linggu Temple, listen to the cicadas chirping on a summer night, and savor the aroma of a bowl of vegetarian noodles. Or even simply sit among the pigeons at the music stand, watch them fly around, and enjoy a moment of healing and relaxation. Visitors often comment: "After visiting Zhongshan, my feet are tired, but my heart is full. The impact of history and the tranquility of nature are very lasting." "Every step is a step into history, every glance is a landscape. The grandeur of Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum, the autumn colors of the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, and the tranquility of Linggu Temple—all together, they make Zhongshan complete." "I recommend setting aside a full day, wearing comfortable walking shoes, and taking your time to experience it. The scenic sightseeing bus is a must, otherwise you won't be able to handle it."
Okay, here's a 100-word introduction to the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum in autumn: The Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum in autumn is a magnificent dreamscape spanning six hundred years. The ginkgo and sycamore trees lining the sacred path are draped in golden crimson, creating a path known as "Nanjing's most beautiful 600 meters." Golden fallen leaves sprinkle the ancient stone carvings along the path, creating a breathtaking spectacle alongside the vermilion walls, black tiles, and eaves. The air is filled with the tranquility of history and the lingering fragrance of osmanthus. Strolling through the mausoleum, one can experience the majestic grandeur of the early Ming mausoleum while savoring the most vibrant autumn scenery in Nanjing.

Qixia Mountain still teemed with chill in late February, its millennia-old relics visible through the sparse branches. Past the rigid, imitation-antique buildings, the five-story, eight-sided Tang Dynasty stupa stood majestically. Reliefs of flying celestial beings danced on the mottled stone walls, and a lotus-covered Sumeru pedestal bore the weight of a millennium. To the west, the Thousand Buddha Rocks stretched along the crimson cliffs. Among the more than 500 cliff carvings, half-hidden, damaged heads juxtaposed with intact, seated figures, the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty shimmered faintly through the erosion of time. Reaching Shamao Peak, the sight was filled with broken and headless Buddha statues, and the empty niches in the rocky walls resembled scars of history. Reaching this spot, I suddenly remembered the winter of 1937, when Master Jiran of Qixia Temple opened its gates and sheltered over 24,000 refugees in the ancient temple's Buddhist caves, continuing the story of compassion amidst the sweet chanting of Buddhist chants. The setting sun gilded the mottled stone statues with a golden edge, and the mountain breeze swept across the empty Buddhist shrine, as if telling the interweaving of eternity and catastrophe.
It's not worth going. There was no one there during the National Day holiday. The shuttle bus inside is just a private van. It's also divided into sections. It's not interesting at all. It's just like the free parks in the city. It's not as good as Jiming Temple and Xuanwu Lake. There is no shop in Qixia Ancient Town at the foot of the mountain. It's closed. It looks deserted.

It is an ancient town that is worth visiting. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery wherever you go. It feels like you have traveled back to the wealthy village of the Southern Song Dynasty. It makes people linger and will come again if they have the chance.
Puyuan Ancient Town, a newly popular online check-in spot. The town has a great atmosphere. Besides the ancient style attractions, the Coca-Cola Experience Store is the most popular spot. Almost everyone in the scenic area has a 🔴 online celebrity cup! 🗲! 🫰

It was my first time visiting Suzhou, and I booked a tour of the Humble Administrator's Garden with Da Ka Shuo. Mr. Zhang Zhouquan took me on a tour for more than two and a half hours, giving me a deep understanding of the architecture of Suzhou gardens and the cultural stories behind them. I am very grateful to Mr. Zhang for his excellent explanation, which I will choose Da Ka Shuo again next time!!!
Humble Administrator's Garden: The Grand and Spacious Jiangnan Garden The Humble Administrator's Garden stands out among Suzhou's many gardens, its most striking features being its grand scale and spacious layout. Spanning 78 mu (approximately 1.6 acres), it is the largest extant classical garden in Suzhou, more than twice the size of the Lingering Garden. This difference in scale directly influenced the overall layout: the residential and garden areas of the Humble Administrator's Garden are relatively separate, while smaller gardens such as the Master of the Nets Garden and the Art Garden are closely interwoven with the residential and garden areas. The Humble Administrator's Garden inherits the spacious and elegant style of Ming Dynasty gardens. Water features dominate the garden, occupying approximately one-third of the total area, creating a natural and wild atmosphere of "vast ponds and lush forests." This simple and elegant style stands in stark contrast to the elaborate and complex tendencies of Qing Dynasty gardens. During his design, Wen Zhengming cleverly transformed the existing ponds into a system of ponds and waterways, establishing the theme of "water-centered, natural scenery." In terms of gardening techniques, the Humble Administrator's Garden demonstrates a masterful art of spatial manipulation. Through techniques such as borrowing scenery (such as the distant North Temple Pagoda at Wuzhu Youju), framing scenery (the nested round door at Wuzhu Youju), and blocking scenery (the entrance's yellow stone rockery), a "well-organized" spatial sequence is created. Visitors enter through the waist gate, pass through the yellow stone rockery, and are suddenly opened to the Yuanxiang Hall. This design of "first suppressing, then exalting" creates a sense of infinite extension within a limited space. In terms of plant arrangement, the Humble Administrator's Garden excels with its natural ecology. Lotus, camellia, and azalea are hailed as the garden's three signature flowers. Each scenic spot has a corresponding themed plant, such as the banana trees at Tingyu Pavilion and the plum blossoms at Xuexiang Yunwei Pavilion, creating a viewing experience of "scenery everywhere, flowers in every season." This richness of plant landscape is unmatched by other Suzhou gardens. To experience the true essence of the Humble Administrator's Garden, it is recommended to avoid peak crowds and visit early in the morning or during drizzling rain. At this time, the Humble Administrator's Garden best demonstrates its spatial charm as an ideal carrier of seclusion for Ming Dynasty literati - among the open water and towering ancient trees, one can feel the nature and ethereality pursued by ancient scholars.

The highlights are Jichang Garden and the Second Spring Under Heaven. Jichang Garden is one of the four great gardens of Jiangnan, and any photo captures it like a Jiangnan ink painting. The Second Spring Under Heaven is famous for Abing's "Erquan Yingyue" (Two Springs Reflecting the Moon). The chubby koi in the pond below the Second Spring are incredibly adorable. The ancient town pedestrian street has some famous snacks. I tried the double-noodle balls from Tianfuzhai, which were delicious. Those who enjoy sticky rice should give them a try.
This beautiful ancient town is divided into the historical and cultural area in Phase I and Yingyueli in Phase II. Phase I boasts Jichang Garden, the Second Under Heaven, and several former residences of famous figures, creating a charming and quaint atmosphere. Yingyueli in Phase II offers a modern and elegant atmosphere, creating a truly magical atmosphere. Huishan Ancient Town is a fantastic place for photo opportunities, both day and night. There are also many time-honored restaurants, highly recommended.

This is a rare treasure trove of scenic spots with a unique view. Boats sail in the water and people walk in the painting! It is a great place to take photos. There is plenty of parking at the entrance of the scenic area, and there are many other scenic spots nearby, such as Qianduo!
Lizhong Water Forest Park, strolling in the water forest 🌳 that blocks out the sun is such a joy😎, happiness and satisfaction! Only by experiencing it yourself can you understand it. Calm down and appreciate the sunlight in early autumn☀️ The forest is dyed with colors, like a painting, a natural oxygen bar,

Many visitors come here for hiking, but those with limited stamina may be disappointed. The trail is quite steep. Although there are large steps and switchbacks, the climb still requires considerable stamina. The terrain at the foot of the mountain is flat. The free area offers plenty of views and includes areas for camping and barbecues.
I went there last year and would like to add a review. The red leaves here are quite nice. There are a lot of people, especially on the top of the mountain, so many people can't squeeze in. The Fan Zhongyan Temple below is also a historical site. There are many pictures to introduce it.

The park is large and beautiful, with a miniature train and an exploration park. Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn't play there, which was a bit of a letdown for the kids. During the National Day holiday, there were many activities and a market on the lawn, which was quite nice. I recommend renting a car instead of a large electric car; you can't go back once you've driven it.
It really feels like walking into a fairy tale forest. I feel like Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf will come out at any time. The children are very happy. The air in the forest after the rain is really fresh. I rented a small car early in the morning for 100 yuan per hour. The children found many mushrooms and mosses while walking and stopping. It's really good to get used to the forest park.
