It was quite good. A walk around the reed marshes was quite fun. Then we went up the Fifth Stream. The climb from the Fifth Stream to the Fourth Stream was a bit more strenuous, and it took 19 minutes to get from the Fourth Stream to the First Stream. If you have time, you can continue down the mountain in a large circle. There are plenty of small streams for swimming.
The parking lot is well-managed. 🇨🇳 Despite the increased visitor volume during the National Day holiday, the scenic area experienced no traffic congestion. 🅿️ The parking lot is quite a distance from the scenic area, but 🚗 a free shuttle bus is provided.
The scenic area has two gates.🚪
The South Gate: Located near the reservoir, there is an escalator leading directly to the cruise ship dock, where you can take a cruise to the North Gate.
The North Gate: A short walk or a sightseeing bus takes you to the waterfall area.

The boat ride is near the City Square subway station, near the north entrance of Cangqiaozhi Street. The Wupeng boat ride to Lu Xun's hometown is a different section and shorter than this route. Although it only takes a little over 20 minutes, it's still worth it. The boat driver paddles quite quickly, and the experience of actually riding a Wupeng boat is completely different. Watching the boat from shore makes it seem like it's just that. 😂 The first time, the boat driver always recommends the Jiuwuqiao line in the south. I took a break and went along the Lufu line. I recommend everyone to follow the boat driver's advice, or just do both.
What's a trip to Shaoxing's ancient city without a trip on a Wupeng boat to experience the Jiangnan waterside village? After researching routes, I chose the southern route from the City Square Pier, offering a truly authentic view of Shaoxing's old city. Even residents can be seen washing and cooking along the waterways, creating a vibrant atmosphere of life. A Wupeng boat trip is a must!

The Feilong plank road is built according to the mountain terrain. Walking on the 128-meter glass suspended plank road and the Feilong sky bridge is thrilling. The 19 peaks are connected to each other, with different shapes, steep cliffs, splashing springs in the valley, and secluded bamboo paths. It is a good place for family travel, but it is a bit physically demanding!

Overall, it's quite good. Compared to the Yangming Wudao in Guizhou, it feels quite different, each with its own merits. My favorite is the Xinyuan Hall, where meditation and practice are practiced, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I'm also a Xinxue scholar, so I came here specifically to visit. Xinxue is truly remarkable and worth learning about.
For those unfamiliar with the subject, it offers a glimpse into Wang Yangming's life. The museum is spacious and well-air-conditioned, making it a great summer destination. While admission is free for Shaoxing locals, the interactive activities inside are all charged. However, as non-locals, we can participate for free with our admission.
