The Shenyang Palace Museum is not very large, only about one tenth of the size of the Beijing Palace Museum! The red walls and yellow tiles are very beautiful. Since it is not very large, it is not very tiring to visit. It takes about two hours.

The Liaoning Provincial Museum has a large collection of exhibits, and the explanations are very detailed and informative. I learned a lot from the two and a half hour explanation. I thank the tour guide for his wonderful explanation.
I finally had the chance to visit the Liaoning Provincial Museum, a provincial museum jointly built by the national and local governments. It had been on my wish list for a long time, but I finally managed to pull it off today. Since its relocation to the new building in Hunnan District, Shenyang, the exhibition area has been greatly expanded, allowing more of the museum's collection to be seen, which is definitely a major benefit. I confirmed before the trip that the museum's true treasures were all at home, not traveling or on loan. However, the finest paintings and calligraphy were digitized and displayed in VR, so I couldn't see them in person. The Liaoning Provincial Museum is absolutely not to be missed.

It was a great experience. The service was excellent. The attractions were good. I tried the indoor rafting, which was great. The fish spa was nice, with its small fish and water guns. The breakfast at the Suifeng restaurant and the food on the third floor of the hot springs were also very impressive and good.
Thanks to the rafting guy who pulled us out and helped me find my glasses. 🙏🙏🙏. The rafting waves were so thrilling. So much fun. The park is so huge. One day is definitely not enough to explore. It's quite good, but the area's shuttle buses are a bit unfriendly. There are no sightseeing buses, only small shuttle buses that can seat two people, which cost 100 yuan per hour, which is a poor value. There aren't many animals, probably hidden in the hot weather. The only interesting thing about the zoo is the black bears. It's one of the worst of all the zoos in Northeast China.
We went during the summer, and children under 18 were free, which was a really nice touch. A taxi from Zhongjie would have taken over 50 minutes, so we weren't in a rush, so we took the subway and a special bus to the zoo. It was a leisurely stroll through the many animals, and crucially, it was very clean. You can bring your own food; the panda park has rice, but the rest of the area only has water and sausage. We took a leisurely trip, visiting only one location in a day, so we weren't rushed, and the experience was great!

A great place to visit near Shenyang!!! Come to Rice Dream Space in autumn and experience the fresh air! It's truly refreshing! Under the 35-degree high temperature, Zhang Xueliang's former residence was still crowded with people. We quickly visited it like fleeing. Unexpectedly, there is no air conditioning in the Financial Museum! However, the physical experience is much better than in the old residence. I was patient and visited carefully, and gained a lot.
