Notes:
1. Bring your border pass.
2. The Chinese boundary marker and the Khunjerab Pass 5,100-meter monument are checkpoints where you'll need to queue. Many people take photos for a long time, so if you get off the bus and see few people, hurry to line up first and then take your time to explore.
3. The national gate is at a high altitude. Don't rush or run after getting off the bus, as this can easily drop your blood oxygen level below 80. It's best to bring an oxygen tank. There's an oxygen room next to the national gate for 30 yuan per person, which is worth visiting if you're experiencing altitude sickness.
4. It's cold while waiting for the shuttle bus, but it's hotter once you board. Therefore, it's recommended to wear a thick waterproof down jacket on the outside, which is easy to unzip when you board.
5. No drones allowed! Sensitive border area!
6⃣ Do not take photos of soldiers on duty! Do not point fingers!
7⃣ Do not communicate with the Pakistanis across the street!
