Worried about long lines and crowds, I bought a VIP pass. I initially thought I'd bought my own ticket to the scenic area. To my surprise, a staff member called to confirm and added me on WeChat to share the itinerary. They detailed every note and repeatedly reminded me of the time to meet up at Dongji for the departure bus. It was a wonderful experience. We arrived at the Ruijin Hotel late that evening, so I decided to give it a try. I sent Mianmian Sidao their WeChat ID. They texted me to pick me up at the hotel, and they replied after 10 PM, confirming they were available. That was incredibly thoughtful. Most importantly, they responded immediately, and they kept their promise to resolve any issues promptly.
More on the inside, the staff not only explained the designated activities but also took the initiative to share local cuisine, Yao village stories, and more. This staff member deserves a few extra chicken legs. Later, during our conversation, my wife mentioned her name as Zhou Jie.
The scenery was beautiful, and the service was even better.
