As a southerner, Harbin is definitely worth a visit. The ice sculptures are beautiful against the backdrop of lights. The candied haws in the park are delicious, and the temperature is low enough that going there in the summer can make you feel like you're in winter in a split second.
It is a great surprise for people from the south. My family members are afraid of the cold in winter and dare not come. This indoor venue is very good, but you must choose the Dream Venue on the navigation, not the Ice and Snow World.

Jingyuetan is the most worthwhile place in Changchun. It's so large that you need to allow enough time to spend a whole day there, or at least a whole afternoon, otherwise you won't have enough time to enjoy it.
However, I strongly recommend against the other optional activities there; they're too expensive and not worth it.
The scenic area is very large, so you need to take a sightseeing bus. Because it is autumn, it is very cold to drive an open-top car by the lake. If you rent a bicycle, there are uphill slopes, which is very tiring. You have to ride forward all the time and cannot ride back. People with poor physical fitness should choose carefully. Jingyuetan is very beautiful and peaceful.

First, the shuttle bus is quite convenient, covering almost all the attractions. A day and a half would be sufficient. However, the scenery at each location is quite similar and a bit repetitive. The ticket price is a bit high overall. The Tianchi service area is still under construction, so there's a lot of dust and smoke. The scenery is still nice.
The scenic area is pet-friendly. Tickets and shuttles are sold together and cannot be purchased separately. Visiting every attraction within the scenic area would require two days. Scenic areas like Tianchi and the Grand Canyon are not accessible by car and require a shuttle. Accommodation and dining are conveniently available at the Tianchi and Xing'an service areas within the scenic area.

It was a very last minute trip and we were in a hurry. We didn't stay for long. The environment was beautiful. We didn't see flocks of red-crowned cranes, but we did see a few scattered ones. It was a perfect experience.

The night show is more interesting. Tickets are checked in at 16:30 and there will be NPC interactions at the entrance. The Shanhaijing Wonderful Night Show starts at 19:30, and there will be singing and interactive activities at the front to warm up the audience. If you want a good seat, enter early to get a seat. Remember to bring a raincoat because there will be a rain spray session. Umbrellas are sold on site for 35, which is too expensive.
Before going, I read the reviews and didn't buy daytime tickets, only the night show. I found the venue quite small and the equipment quite old. The evening show was quite good, and the fireworks were beautiful. But why are there discounts for children and college students, but not for middle and high school students? These children get discounts elsewhere, so why are children and adults priced the same here?

I did not watch the night show because the children are too young.

Could you please add a facial recording system for that first attraction? The rest of the ride was pretty smooth.
The park has a dinosaur park, and it's in a state of disrepair. The sponge dinosaurs are in tatters, with beaks and tails missing and taped up with yellow tape. I'm calling on the park to either close this area 🏘️ or repair it. How much would it cost to repair those sponge dinosaurs?

The Siberian Tiger Park has many tigers, pandas, black bears, and various birds. There are also regular equestrian and acrobatic performances. You can buy a sightseeing bus ticket to take it back and forth, which saves time and effort. Parking is free at the door. It's quite good.
My trip to Changchun was truly memorable for the Siberian Tiger Park, and I absolutely have to praise it!
- The park's environment is incredibly comfortable: Upon entering, it's like stepping into a natural oxygen bar, shaded by lush trees and filled with fresh air. The park is well-planned, with wide, flat paths and clear signage. There's no need to worry about getting lost, and walking around is truly relaxing.
- A rich variety of animals: Although it's called the Siberian Tiger Park, the animal species there extend far beyond tigers; it's truly an animal kingdom! The majestic Siberian tigers, stalking the forests, exude a commanding presence; the adorable giant pandas Chu Xin and Mu Yun, grazing on bamboo with such adorable grace, melt my heart; and the lively ring-tailed lemurs, hopping from branch to branch, are truly captivating. I counted at least 60 rare and endangered species, a truly eye-opening experience.
- The ultimate experience: The sightseeing bus ride to see the beasts up close is truly incredible! As the car slowly pulled into the wild animal area, Siberian tigers and African lions were right next to the car. The close yet safe encounters were truly thrilling. In the bird park, you could interact with a variety of birds, which flitted around you, making you feel like you were transported to a fairytale. The animal shows were also fantastic. The equestrian riders were incredibly skilled, and the animals were incredibly cooperative, earning rounds of applause.
- Attentive and thoughtful service: The staff were incredibly friendly, patiently answering questions and offering helpful recommendations. The park's well-planned rest areas and dining options provided convenient rest and refueling opportunities. It was a truly user-friendly experience.
This trip to the Siberian Tiger Park was truly fantastic. Whether you're traveling with children or on your own, you'll have a blast. I highly recommend it to everyone!
