Each Japanese chef has a different style. I've eaten at several restaurants before, but I personally think this one is delicious and special. The environment is good. The location is large, so you need to make an appointment in advance. Sitting at the bar allows you to watch the chef make sushi, which is a visual enjoyment. The ingredients are very fresh, especially the sea urchin, which is very delicious. The environment of the whole restaurant is very quiet.
Sushi is a traditional Japanese food. In ancient times, sushi was salted fish marinated with salt and rice, which later evolved into the sushi we know today. "Sushi" was written as "鮨" (すし) in ancient Japan, which originally meant "salted fish". The name "sushi" is the Manyo-gana writing of the word "鮨". The foreign name is sushi or zushi. Finally, I have to say that Saito sushi is really great!

There is a Mi2 restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel in Japan. The environment is really nice and the location is good. The chef is from a Michelin restaurant. The French cuisine is combined with some Chinese food. It has been very popular recently. However, this Four Seasons Hotel is relatively small. There is another Four Seasons in Tokyo with a better environment.
Enjoy a truly outstanding dining experience. The elegant ambience sets high expectations, and the culinary expertise on display not only meets but exceeds them. Each dish skillfully blends French culinary artistry with the finest Japanese ingredients, and the service is top notch.

I am so confused, but I can't forget the only thing I like, which is Japanese dim sum. I grew up in Beijing, and even in Daoxiangcun, there were less than a hundred kinds of dim sum, at most one hundred and one. These dim sum were too sweet, hard, and had a bad taste. Over time, I lost my appetite for them.
Best Ramen in the area This is a must-visit restaurant - very pleasant atmosphere, great service, and the best ramen (I had the dark ramen and was so happy!). The gyoza were the best I've ever had and the coffee was amazing.

Very relaxed atmosphere with talented and attentive staff. The scallops, wagyu beef and lamb were especially amazing! Arne, the owner, is very proud of the restaurant - he told us wonderful stories from his time in Tokyo and Scotland. It's a magical place and I love it! Carmel and Paul.
You don’t have to eat Japanese food in Japan. With the Japanese people’s persistence and perfectionism in everything, eating Western food in Japan is a satisfying experience. Starting from the online table reservation, the restaurants have contacted me to inquire and meet my requirements. When we arrived at the restaurant, a waiter hung up our clothes and stored our luggage. After you sit down, you will be served like a high-end restaurant. The environment is noble and the food is exquisite. It is suitable for couples to celebrate dinner.

The sashimi is very fresh. The bluefin tuna belly^ is so delicious to eat. The sea urchin^ is not fishy and has a sweet taste, so you can eat as much as you want. And the favorite New Zealand lobster^🦐! The sashimi platter^ is quite fresh, all thick cuts 🍣 are very soft and glutinous, super satisfying. The beef is the best raw beef^, the grilled eel and foie gras^ are big and thick and unlimited, and the charcoal grilled oysters🦪 are also delicious.
Six-dragon sashimi platter, sweet shrimp, tuna, sashimi, salmon, scallop, and sole, six kinds of seafood sashimi: salmon is very plump, tender and smooth, with a light creamy aroma; sweet shrimp is large, very fresh, delicate and sweet; tuna has red tuna and white tuna, I personally prefer white tuna, the meat is more tender; sashimi has yellow and orange colors, the fish tastes like crab, and it is crunchy when you put it in your mouth; scallop is chewy Five-dragon cheese sushi platter, salmon, sashimi, tuna, sweet shrimp, sole, five kinds of raw fish, covered with cheese and grilled over low heat, the rich cheese aroma mixed with fresh fish meat, the taste is very layered Fried sole fillet, sole meat is delicious, with more meat and less bones Steak, fragrant and tender Black garlic broccoli, broccoli and black garlic are both anti-cancer foods, from a health perspective should be Time to eat Gillette seaweed crab roll, this is highly recommended, crispy on the outside, delicious on the inside Fried shrimp and crab tempura, fried shrimp, fried crab, fried vegetables Cheese baked scallops Cheese mussels Kimpeka Saikyo-yaki, unexpectedly delicious Matsutake soup, healthy matsutake, clear soup, delicious soup Chicken tomato stewed ox tongue Japanese sukiyaki, Japanese beef hot pot Miso soup ramen, authentic Japanese ramen, ramen soup is particularly delicious Mango banana sushi, after eating too much fish or meat sushi, I feel that this mango and banana sushi is particularly refreshing Caramel mango foie gras, highly recommended, a layer of sweet caramel on the mango, and a thick layer of pan-fried foie gras underneath, the crispy and tender foie gras, with rye bread, fragrant mango, and caramel, creates a distinct layer of deliciousness, and then eat an ice bayberry to cleanse your mouth Samurai fried chicken nuggets, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside

This is a very high-end Chinese restaurant. The average cost per person is nearly RMB 1,000, which is definitely not cheap, but the ingredients used are all of the highest quality. And the cooking techniques are just right.
The Cantonese cuisine is very well made. The barbecued pork in it looks like the devilish barbecued pork in the God of Cookery, very thick and tender. The partridge legs in it are also a specialty, and the crab meat tendons are super delicate.

The respect for the raw materials and the use of few seasonings to bring out the best flavors of the ingredients are the same. In a simple and quiet environment, this restaurant is like a food temple. Despite this, the service is still very good. After the guests finish their meal, the chef will come out to communicate with the guests and express his gratitude.
This is a time-honored French restaurant in Shinagawa. The slow-cooked lamb chops are delicious and tender. The red wine foie gras is also very good. The standard Japanese service of the waiter is impressive.

A very formal French restaurant, the food service is all three stars. There is only one small flaw, which is related to the facilities. Let me keep it here and write to the restaurant to report it. The last dessert carriage was introduced one by one by a French girl. This part not only tests the English listening of the ingredients, but also tests the immediate memory. It’s more than three items! After today’s test results, I am glad that my cognitive function should not have fallen off.

The decoration style of this Japanese restaurant is very traditional Japanese style, and the presentation of the dishes is also very exquisite. The salmon is thickly cut and very satisfying to eat. There is a lot of crab meat. The service is also impeccable. It is a very satisfying meal.
Sushi Arai is the fastest rising star in the world. It’s a very Beijing-style sushi. Although I don’t like this style, I have to say it’s great. The sea urchin is really top-notch. I really like clams soup. The sushi guy Watanabe gave me four One Piece stickers at the end. So cute.

Although Japanese food is exquisite, it has a different flavor when there are many people. First, it is more lively when there are many people. Second, there are more things you can order when there are many people, so you can taste all the signature dishes in the restaurant. It is worth coming here to check it out. It is very good, the ingredients are fresh and the materials are exquisite.
I added a little filter, otherwise the color would be too dull, and the quality of the food and the freshness of sashimi and sushi could not be shown. Very good, with the small bottle of two-point Dassai, it is simply the ceiling of food. It is highly recommended!
