Let me give a special shout-out to the long-established shop, Sato Yosuke’s Inaniwa Yusuke [槆憬][槆憬][槆憬]amazing! ! ! tasty! ! ! Because of the difference in preparation method, the texture of Kagawa Prefecture's noodles is completely different from the previous ones. Inawa's noodles are very refreshing and chewy. The fragrance of the noodles is very rich and chewy [I love you] I really want to eat them separately N times[color][color][color] Because the seafood is also very rich, I tried the Tsubo Yaki once. Next time, I will choose carefully and conservatively when it comes to seafood.
The cooking method is similar to Lanzhou ramen, and the noodles come in many different thicknesses. I like thicker ones, which are chewier. The chicken soup inside is very good, with yellow oil, which is rare in China.

The eels here are freshly grilled, so you have to wait a while. The main course I ordered was the 1,000 yen Kabayaki eel, see the photo. For an additional 390 yen, you will get vegetable salad and eel liver soup. I believe that by comparing the photos and prices, you can understand why there is a queue, not to mention that the eel is quite thick and tastes good, especially the perfect charcoal grilled flavor. I really miss it!
This is a cheap eel rice shop. A local international student took me there. It's really cheap and tastes pretty good. An eel rice dish costs only a few dozen yuan and the eel is very flavorful. It's really affordable.

Tokyo Ramen|It's so delicious that I cried❗️I was overwhelmed by the aroma of this bowl of chicken white soup ramen I had to queue for half an hour to eat it This is my favorite bowl of ramen in Tokyo🍜 It's much better than the last time at the Oni Jinbang Most Japanese people queued for Oni Jinbang, Most European and American customers queued for Kagura, Of course, there were also many Chinese people queuing up 🍝Special chicken white soup ramen The chicken soup is thick and fresh, and I finished a bowl of it There are radishes, bamboo shoots, soft-boiled eggs, chicken, red pepper rings, coriander, lotus root, and pumpkin. The noodles are chewy and absorb the soup, and I ate it all in one bowl. The special is that there is an extra serving of chicken and other side dishes, and the chicken is super tender. 🥩Pork The pork in this restaurant is not as delicious as chicken, so you can also not order it
The chicken white soup is as rich as milk and is as good as its reputation. This bowl of ramen is perfect from the presentation to the taste, giving you the feeling of being in Ginza, Tokyo. The service of the counter staff is very good, great.

Tendon Kaneko Hannosuke, this fried tempura rice is very bold, and they fried a whole conger eel in it! It's so domineering when placed horizontally on the bowl! The sauce used to dip the bream is from the Edo period, the rice is professional, the hot spring egg is professional, and the shrimp is professional. The extra point is the tender conger eel.
The price is similar to that in Taiwan, or even cheaper. But sitting at the counter and watching the chef bring freshly fried delicacies to you is a different experience. There are people queuing up almost all the time. Let me tell you a little secret. After trying many times, I found that the least people are around 4pm.

Let's see what level this ramen restaurant ranks first in my friend's mind. When night falls, there are still many people eating noodles when entering the store. It is very popular. I ordered a medium-sized ramen, which is just right for three or two noodles. The first time I came, I honestly ate the special recommendation, and then ordered a beef and two small cold dishes. The noodles are picked up by the receipt. The traditional beef noodles are really good. The noodles cost two cents, and you can choose them yourself. The beef is added to the year-end. According to their introduction, the beef is still very authentic. It is also sold separately for 90 yuan per catty, and 80 yuan per catty for more than two catties. It really tastes good and I am full.
Best ramen in the area This is a must-visit restaurant - very pleasant atmosphere, great service, and the best ramen in Ikebukuro (I had the dark ramen and was so happy!). The gyoza were the best I've ever had and the coffee was amazing.

Rokurisha's tsukemen are delicious, and their signature is the special Tsukemen (tsukemen). The most impressive thing about Liulishe's noodles is that it has a rather special aroma. In addition to the wheat aroma of noodles, this aroma also has the aroma of eggs. The chilled thick noodles have a great texture and are chewy. The dipping sauce soup is rich but not greasy, with a refreshing and delicious taste of bonito. It also contains seaweed, fish slabs, barbecued pork, bonito powder, chopped green onions, and bamboo shoot slices. The ingredients are very rich!
When I was changing trains on a weekend morning, I found that Rokurinsha, a popular tsukemen restaurant in Tokyo Station Ichibangai, didn't have to queue up. It was incredible. I quickly sat down and ordered the breakfast version of tsukemen. It was light and not very fishy. Except for the barbecued pork, the noodles themselves were not bad, but if you have to queue for an hour on weekdays, I would not recommend it. My favorite tsukemen is Tomita, which has a strong fish flavor but a yuzu flavor, and the noodles are also great

I walked to the Fox House in the market outside the market to eat a beef bowl. This old shop has been making beef offal and beef rice for 50 years. There is a big iron pot at the door where beef offal is cooked. It is probably the old soup beef offal. I ordered beef noodles. The beef was cooked in another small pot with the juice from the big pot. The boss skillfully put a bowl of rice noodles and covered it with beef slices. I added a half-cooked egg. The most authentic beef rice is to add raw eggs, but sitting outdoors in winter, eating raw eggs in the cold wind may make me uncomfortable, so I ordered half-cooked. The beef has a sweet taste, which is my favorite taste. It turns out that Lao Xiaoman's Sun Beef Don tastes very authentic. The rice is also very fragrant, and it is even more delicious with the beef soup. Although the half-cooked egg cannot be mixed with the beef, it is also wonderful to eat it with the semi-solidified egg yolk mixed with the beef. At the end, a piece of boiled tofu was added. The tofu was cooked thoroughly in the old soup, and a sense of happiness came spontaneously after taking a bite.
"Fox House" has a history of 73 years. The old soup on the dining table is the protagonist of this restaurant. The old soup is based on Hatcho miso, a specialty of Aichi Prefecture. The offal is stewed with this soup base, which is the must-try dish of this restaurant, "offal stew". The offal stew is covered on hot white rice, which is the "ホルモン丼" priced at 870 yen. 🍽Dining experience: After ordering, the food in Fox House is served very quickly. You can taste the hot offal offal donburi in less than 1 minute.

I came here after being recommended by a Japanese friend. It turned out to be just opposite a popular seafood restaurant. There was already a long queue before the opening time. Fortunately, we came early, otherwise those who came later would have to wait. I ordered the winter limited oyster noodles. The oysters were plump, and the fried eggs and boiled eggplants were simple dishes that showed real effort. In short, there was no fancy tricks, and the taste won.
It's a small shop with two floors in a residential area. The set meals are good with a lot of ingredients, and the casserole soba noodles are also delicious. It's just that the food in residential areas is generally a bit salty.

Namiki Yabu Soba is located at 2-11-9 Kaminarimon 111-0034, Taito-ku, Tokyo. The environment is retro and clean, the service staff is very friendly and polite, the dishes are not fancy but the quality is very high, the noodles taste very good, the water is drained very thoroughly, and the flavor of soba noodles is fully presented.
My wife ordered a noodle soup and I ordered a dry noodle. I think the dry noodles are better than the soup noodles, and the portion is larger, and the noodles taste better. The buckwheat noodles in the soup noodles are a little soft.

Nagi Nagi, which started out as a tonkotsu broth shop and is famous in Shinjuku's Golden Gai, is famous for its niboshi ramen. The annex near the east exit is open 24 hours a day, all year round, so you can come anytime you want. The menu includes niboshi ramen and tsukemen, as well as versions with miso and extra char siu, and even the ingredients, amount of noodles, amount of oil, and flavor intensity are all available. Miso and dried fish ramen is 940 yen. My friend ordered tsukemen for 970 yen. But the set menu on the stand is not much, only pepper and dried fish sesame oil, simple and practical!
I thought Niboshi ramen was not suitable for Chinese people. Niboshi ramen is small dried fish ramen, with salty small sea fish and small dried scallops to make soup. For Japanese people who like salty food, it is just like a fish in water. For Chinese people, it is salty, very salty. But the salted fish ramen in Jimbocho is not only not salty but also delicious. It is very clear, with a fishy aroma, rich and delicious, and a light taste. With a large piece of soft barbecued pork and a half-cooked boiled egg, it tastes great. When I thought Niboshi ramen was finally friendly to Chinese people, a whole piece of raw chicken sashimi was fished out of the bowl. …At that time, I was not feeling well - I still couldn't sell the rhythm of Niboshi. Well, raw chicken is also very soft and delicious. They will release various limited editions from time to time, all of which are delicious. The weather is hot recently, and there are icy cold sesame sauce noodles and dipping sauce noodles with lime, which are very suitable for summer.
