To be honest, this Conrad is quite far away and the transportation is not very convenient. You have to drive a long distance on the mountain road after getting off the highway. There is a speed limit on the two-way single lane. It just so happened that when I checked in, I met a business group. They said they would wait for a while, so I just went to eat first.
Le Hotel Chinese Restaurant The space is not very large, leather seats, dark colors. I personally like the decoration style. The food is generally light, and some ingredients are close to the people. The cooking method is aloof, but it tastes good.
|Four Happinesses^ Fungus, dried tofu, enoki mushrooms, celery are quite plain and refreshing.
|Garlic-flavored tied pig's trotters^Signature dish. Garlic paste is stir-fried, cooled, and seasoned with pig's trotter slices. The aroma is fragrant and the taste is amazing, but it is a little greasy.
|Chicken sauce lake water big white fish^Chicken soup is used as the base, clear water big white fish is fresh.
|Abalone roasted chicken^From the color point of view, it is different from the previous thick oily red sauce. The color is not so dark and the taste is not so heavy. It is quite in line with the concept of healthy diet for modern people. Although the taste is not strong, the taste is still good. The abalone is chewy and the chicken is tasty.

The hotel's western restaurant is also the breakfast restaurant. It is naturally divided from the Chinese restaurant without a wall. Like the Four Seasons Hotel in West Lake, there are few rooms and limited guests, so there is no large-scale scene. But unlike the semi-self-service of the Four Seasons, this place still maintains the full self-service method. Although the food is simple, it has everything it should have and the quality control is very good. It is quite good.
"Cold cut cheese platter" has rich cheese and rich cold cuts
"Grilled lamb shank" is thick and tender, with delicate meat
"Smoked salmon" has great egg shreds
"Pre-meal bread" is hot, freshly baked, and very soft
Conrad's Western food is still very good, everything is delicious, and the ingredients are very fresh. Chinese and Western restaurants are actually mixed together.
