Here, you can take a small boat and cruise along the waterways, admiring the ancient buildings and beautiful natural scenery on both banks, and experiencing the tranquility and harmony of this ancient town.
Wuzhen is definitely worth a visit; to truly experience the Jiangnan region, you have to go to an ancient town. This time I went to join the theater festival, and on the last day, it wasn't too crowded. However, it was still more interesting than usual, with many shows to watch and more interactive activities.

The hotel is new and clean, with amenities like bathrobes and a refrigerator. The public areas are thoughtfully designed, and both the courtyard and terrace offer views. For this price range, it's very considerate and offers excellent value. It's a 10-minute walk from the Yellow Crane Tower and a 5-minute walk from a subway station (Line 4). It's very convenient to get to the Yangtze River Bridge, Hubei Provincial Museum, East Lake, and Wuhan University. There are also many restaurants and snack shops nearby. The front desk service was excellent, and the cleaning staff were very welcoming. It's clear they all work hard to provide excellent service. Thank you! I hope they continue to maintain this level of service and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuhan.
I think it's a truly worthwhile experience. Take a nighttime boat ride on a Puyuan family boat, navigating the ancient waterways. Though new, the ancient town exudes the atmosphere of bygone times. The ancient arch bridges are particularly striking in the night, and the lights reflecting off the waterside homes create a gentle dream.
Today, Puyuan is a future icon of Jiangnan water towns.
