I spent most of the day at the Ontario Museum, and the most impressive part was the dinosaur skeleton gallery. The massive fossils seemed to transport me back to prehistoric times, and looking up from below was truly breathtaking! The East Asian Artifacts section on the second floor was also a pleasant surprise, housing so many exquisite Chinese porcelains and ink paintings. It felt strangely intimate. The museum's interior is very airy, and there's a central rest area where you can relax after a walk. My only regret was that some of the exhibits were only in English, requiring careful reading. Overall, however, it was a wonderful place to quietly experience history and civilization.
The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), located in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is the fifth-largest museum in North America. The building boasts a rich history and unique architectural style. Its iconic Crystal Gallery is a building composed of five interconnected, self-supporting prismatic structures with a glass roof. It houses multiple exhibition halls, special exhibition areas, a dining area, and the main entrance hall. The ROM boasts a vast collection of artifacts, making it one of the most comprehensive collections of Chinese art outside of mainland China. Exhibits include oracle bones excavated from the ruins of the Shang Dynasty capital, the Yuan Dynasty mural "Maitreya Buddha Preaching" in Shanxi, and the Ming Dynasty tomb of Zu Dashou. The collection encompasses ceramics, bronzes, Buddhist sculptures, and other categories. Other exhibits include Egyptian mummies, Greek and Roman masterpieces, and ancient European weapons and musical instruments. The natural science collection includes a large collection of dinosaur fossils, bird specimens, minerals, and meteorites. The exhibition hall's basement level focuses on Canadian Indigenous history, immigration history, and contemporary culture. First Floor: The central hall is surrounded by representative collections. The northern exhibition hall primarily showcases Asian artifacts, including a Chinese art gallery. Second Floor: Primarily devoted to natural history, it includes a bird gallery, insect gallery, and mammal gallery. The dinosaur gallery and bird gallery are particularly popular. Third Floor: Divided into two sections, the Mediterranean World and European Civilization, showcases Mesopotamia, ancient Egypt, ancient Greece, the Roman Empire, as well as the history of European daily life, weapons, and armor.

Hours to spend: 3-4 hoursLOVE THEIR UNDERWATER TUNNEL! Recommend to plan this visit after your visit at CN tower or Cruise. Very educational experience that shows you the aquatic life in Canada’s waters. Very children friendly and accessible to those with disabilities. Gift shop have very unique items, NO ENTRANCE FOR PUBLIC. So do check things out before you leave.
After my visit to Ripley's Aquarium of Canada, I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The aquarium is located in the heart of downtown Toronto and is a must-visit attraction for anyone in the area. As soon as you enter, you are transported into an underwater world with stunning exhibits that showcase a variety of aquatic life. From sharks and stingrays to sea turtles and jellyfish, there is something for everyone to see. One of the highlights of the aquarium is the Dangerous Lagoon exhibit, which features a moving walkway that takes you through an underwater tunnel surrounded by sharks and other marine life. It's a thrilling experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression. The aquarium also offers a range of interactive experiences, such as the Touch Tank, where visitors can get up close and personal with a variety of creatures, including horseshoe crabs and sea stars. There are also daily shows and feedings that provide a deeper understanding of the animals and their behavior. Overall, I would highly recommend a visit to Ripley's Aquarium of Canada. It's a fun and educational experience that is perfect for all ages. The exhibits are well-maintained, and the staff are knowledgeable and passionate about their work. It's definitely worth adding to your list of must-visit attractions in Toronto.

Toronto Zoo is Canada’s largest zoo, with a vast area of more than 460 species and more than 5,000 animals. Animals from all over the world, such as polar bears, polar wolves, lions, tigers, pandas, giraffes, etc., make people feel like they are in the animal world. Giraffes and lions in the African exhibition area are magnificent; kangaroos and koalas in the Australia exhibition area are coveted.
The Toronto Zoo is a zoo located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Encompassing 287 hectares (710 acres),the Toronto Zoo is the largest zoo in Canada averaging around 1.2 million visitors a year. The zoo is divided into seven zoogeographic regions: Indo-Malaya, Africa, Americas, Tundra Trek, Australasia, Eurasia, and the Canadian Domain. Some animals are displayed indoors in pavilions and outdoors in what would be their naturalistic environments, with viewing at many levels.

i went to edwards gardens few times, it just nearby where i live. they even have some farmer markets during summer time.
The gardens are great, a little old. It's a real green garden with lots of trees, flowers, paths and greenhouses. The only thing that's not great is the cafe, which looks like it was opened later, doesn't have a great atmosphere and is too expensive.
