I had initially thought that since I'd taken the cable car up, I should at least walk down the mountain myself. But the scenery at Mount Tai was truly breathtaking. Wandering around the various spots at the summit, it got dark almost without me noticing. The sun set, and the temperature dropped sharply. Thankfully, the cable car was still there. I chose this comfortable and safe option again, and it took only about ten minutes to safely descend from Nantianmen.
It's so convenient, perfect for lazy people like me! The experience was excellent; the cable car was very stable, and even in windy conditions, it was barely affected inside the cabin. The surrounding scenery was beautiful, and it was so comfortable to enjoy the views – ideal for people who don't want to or can't exert themselves.

I chose this guesthouse because it's close to the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, whose tickets are valid for three days. Upon arrival, I discovered it's not only close to the garden but also to the Wuxia City (a martial arts city), Yangbo Mansion, and the Stele Forest Park. The location is truly excellent. The guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area. It seems to be a converted three-bedroom, one-living-room house, so the rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom. Although the bathroom doesn't have a separate shower and toilet area, its large size made it feel comfortable. The hot water for showering and washing up was plentiful, which was very pleasant. Note that there's a step leading from the room to the bathroom. The owner was very welcoming, offering to pick me up and drop me off; the owner's wife was especially helpful and patient. There's a fruit vendor near the east gate of the residential area. Perhaps because it caters to residents, the prices are very reasonable.
I must say, Kaifeng really knows how to have fun. The Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden could easily keep you entertained for three days. It left a very deep impression; the trash cans were constantly being emptied, and you couldn't see a single cigarette butt. There was always toilet paper in the restrooms. This level of scenic area management deserves full marks.

The scenery was absolutely beautiful! I was amazed by the season. The kids had a great time and saw the world's first circular spring, Baotu Spring, and even visited the former residence of the female poet Li Qingzhao. We listened to the explanations, and it was definitely worth the trip!
No wonder Lao She wrote about winter in Jinan. The water at Baotu Spring is so clear that you can even see the bubbles blown by fish at the bottom of the water, swaying and floating to the surface before bursting! The winter sunshine is wonderful.

Two days is enough to get your money's worth. NPCs are everywhere, and there are all sorts of performances, big and small, that's dazzling! We also booked the iron flower performance and the Zhu Family Village show – it was incredibly popular! 🎊
I've been getting short video feeds pushed to me every day, and this time it finally came! It truly lives up to its name as a "short video shooting studio"—a 500-acre park with nearly a hundred performances daily, and unlimited access for three days! I really experienced what it means to "live" in a scenic area and not want to leave!

I really loved it! The shows were all incredibly moving and well-made, and the entire park was beautifully designed. It's definitely worth spending a whole day there. If possible, avoid holidays for an even better experience! 😍
I spent the entire day, from 9:30 in the morning to 8:00 in the evening, inside that place called Henan, surrounded by tall yellow walls, binge-watching shows in a rush. It was an experience that was well worth the money.

It was a pleasant surprise. I visited the Confucius Temple and Confucius Mansion on the first day, but I was a bit tired, so I didn't go to the Confucius Cemetery. I thought my combined ticket for the three Confucius sites would be invalid on the second day, but on a whim, I opened the QR code on the combined ticket, and it was still valid for entry, which was a pleasant surprise.
The Dacheng Hall of the Confucius Temple, along with the Hall of Supreme Harmony in the Forbidden City and the Song Tiankuang Hall of the Dai Temple, are known as the three great halls of the East. With its double-eaved roofs, upturned eaves, carved beams and painted rafters, it is resplendent in gold and green. The architectural style of the Confucius Mansion is typical of the integration of official residence and private quarters in feudal China. The mansion's rear garden features mountains, water, forests, winding bridges, and other landscapes arranged in a harmonious and orderly manner, dotted with pavilions and towers.

The scenic area has a nice environment, with many small shows and interactive activities, making it quite interesting and worth visiting. However, the unlicensed tricycles operating at the entrance lowered the overall impression. Transportation needs improvement, and the tricycle drivers overcharge passengers, which is very unsafe.
Kaifeng Prefecture is neither too big nor too small; a quick visit will take you fast, but a thorough look will require some time. There are performances, so check the schedule beforehand to avoid missing them. It's quite famous, but the value for money is average.

Guishan Han Tomb is amazing! The passageway from 2000 years ago is ridiculously straight, the shadow of the Chu King welcoming guests is incredibly impressive, and the stone-blocking mechanism remains a mystery to this day! A visit to the tomb, the Stone Garden, and the Imperial Edict Museum for only 72 yuan is absolutely worth it! The scenic area thoughtfully provides mung bean soup, but the tomb passage is steep, so wear non-slip shoes! A must-see for history buffs!
The guided tour package was definitely worth it; the tour guide was fantastic, contacting us a day in advance to let us know the meeting time and place for the next day. The explanations on the day of the tour were very detailed, and she also explained the nearby Imperial Edict Museum and Dian Shi Garden very thoroughly. Oh, by the way, the entire scenic area is quite large, so I recommend allowing at least half a day and wearing very comfortable shoes to prepare for a lot of walking.

The scenic area is well-developed and managed. We took a bus to the beach, then another bus to visit the peacock garden, and then to another beach. After getting off the bus, we walked back to the first beach along the 2.5-kilometer boardwalk. Then we took another bus directly back to the visitor center. The scenery is beautiful and well worth a visit.
The islands of Lianyungang are exactly my type—nestled between mountains and the sea, with beautiful reefs. The coastal boardwalk is a scenic walking trail I've been longing to explore. If you have enough time and your physical condition allows, hiking instead of taking the shuttle bus is also a great option.

Thousand Buddha Mountain in Jinan: - Rich in Historical and Cultural Heritage: Thousand Buddha Mountain is one of Jinan's three major scenic spots, a blend of various cultures including the culture of Emperor Shun and Buddhism. Xingguo Temple, built in the Sui Dynasty, and Wanfo Cave, housing over 2,800 Buddhist statues from the Sui to Qing Dynasties, are located on the mountain. Lishan Academy is a Taoist architectural complex. This unique coexistence of Buddhism and Taoism allows visitors to experience a profound historical and cultural atmosphere. - Combining Natural Landscapes with Urban Scenery: At 285 meters above sea level, Thousand Buddha Mountain is not particularly high, but from the summit, one can enjoy a 360° panoramic view of Jinan, including attractions such as Daming Lake and Baotu Spring. The scenery of "half city mountains, half city lakes" is captivating. In autumn, the mountain is ablaze with red leaves, reflecting against the ancient temples, creating a picturesque scene.
Thousand Buddha Mountain is not high, and hiking enthusiasts can enjoy the beautiful scenery while climbing. It is a Buddhist holy site with lush vegetation. From the top of the mountain, you can overlook the entire city. The sunset is especially beautiful. You can also see the myriad of grottoes, which are 1:1 replicas of grottoes and Buddha statues.
