Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park is worth a visit! The scenery is stunning! There are discounts for both seniors and children, making it a great value! The entire loop, east and west, takes about 4-5 hours to complete. The wind can be strong and the temperature can be a bit cool on the mountain, so bring a jacket. I booked Route A, and even at the end of summer, I still had to wait in line for about an hour for the cable car. Overall, it's worth a visit if you avoid peak season!

We made an appointment to enter the scenic area between 9:20 and 9:40, but we didn't get in until almost 10:00. When we were about to leave the scenic area, it suddenly rained heavily and the cable car stopped operating. A large number of tourists were congested. As a result, it took more than 3 hours to get down the mountain. However, the service of the scenic area was in place. The staff immediately carried out maintenance and evacuation.
Fanjing Mountain is a real-life fairyland! Ride the cable car up through the clouds, and the golden summit looks like a stone peak split by a giant axe. The suspended sky bridge is breathtaking. The mushroom-shaped rocks have stood for eons, weathering wind and rain with unwavering stability. Clouds drift in from the mountains, and the golden temple roofs loom, reminiscent of the abode of the gods. On the way down, I encountered little squirrels, completely unafraid of people. The climb was worth it; this scenery is etched into my DNA!

Overall, it's certainly commercialized, but if it were still an ancient village, would anyone want to visit? Would anyone dare stay there? Entering the scenic area is a bit cumbersome, with multiple security checks, and the entrance fee is a bit expensive. However, there are plenty of shuttle buses from the parking lot to the entrance, and from the North Gate to the North Small Gate, which are quite convenient. We stayed in a guesthouse within the scenic area—our first time staying in a guesthouse—and it was quite clean. The owner even picked up our luggage. The overall feeling was like a combination of Hongyadong and Shanghai's City God Temple. If you haven't encountered ethnic minorities, it's worth a visit to experience it and discover more of the scenic area.

We missed out on the free museum entrance, so we booked it through Ctrip the night before. The staff was incredibly helpful, contacting us immediately after 11 PM. The next day, we were escorted directly into the museum without having to wait in line. The staff's explanations were excellent, and it was definitely worth it.
It was a real highlight. It was my first time experiencing a museum with such a strong storytelling experience. The elderly and children were completely engaged. After an hour and a half of walking, it felt like watching a movie. I had low expectations for the Sanxiang Cultural Exhibition Hall, but it exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Changsha. Remember to make an appointment in advance. Ctrip offers a guided tour and includes entrance fees. You can get tickets if you book a day in advance. PS: Hanzai, the explanation was excellent, interesting, and well-organized. Thumbs up 👍

I really like this set of travel. When I put it on, it happened to catch the sunset and took a lot of beautiful photos. I didn't have any thoughts during the whole trip and no one advertised. It was very comfortable.
Orange Island overlooks Yuelu Mountain to the west and Changsha City to the east. Surrounded by water, it stretches for 5 kilometers, measuring about 40 meters across at its narrowest point and 140 meters wide at its widest point, with a maximum width of just over 300 meters. Its long and narrow shape resembles a dragon. Its most famous feature is the magnificent stone statues of great men.

Guilin's Two Rivers and Four Lakes cruise is perfect for taking kids! The evening boat ride is breathtaking, and the scenery under the setting sun is picturesque. The lights shine even brighter after dark. The Sun and Moon Pagodas are particularly stunning, and the kids couldn't blink. The boat is very stable, and the guides tell interesting stories for the kids. The whole ride is relaxing and comfortable. The adults enjoy the scenery, and the kids have fun. It's a great value!
The intangible cultural heritage boat we took not only introduced the scenery of the two rivers and four waters, but also had the beautiful Liu Sanjie teach us to sing folk songs, and there was also an interactive singing session. Adults and children were very happy

Visiting Elephant Mountain during a downpour is a unique experience. It's not without its crowds, but it's definitely better than on a sunny day. Free reservations are available. Enter through Gate 3, scan the QR code, and follow the trails to Love Island, then Elephant Mountain. We took a bamboo raft for 50 yuan per person, circling the mountain twice, and took photos with the ospreys (10 yuan for both). Finally, we exited through Gate 1 and strolled back to the hotel. Prices in tourist cities are quite impressive, I love it!
We first arrived in Guilin from Yangshuo. Xingping Town in Yangshuo (the 20 RMB place) was filthy and messy. The Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area was small, and prices were incredibly high. A bottle of mineral water cost 6 RMB... There's a bus stop right outside Gate 2, which was quite convenient.

It's not as amazing as I imagined, but overall it feels good, with the breeze, listening to music, watching the performances, and then there are crowds of people...
The lights came on and I could feel it instantly. There were many activities inside and the children actively participated and loved it. The scenery along the river was beautiful and there was a band performance. It was a good place to take the children to play while listening to the music and feeling the river breeze!

It was a fascinating trip. Wangcheng is a campus of Guangxi Normal University. The guide was a teacher from the university. He was incredibly knowledgeable and could readily recite historical allusions and ancient poetry. I was impressed! He gave us a vivid history and culture lesson! The most impressive things were the Wangfu secret carvings, the Five Blessings, and the Tai Sui culture!
The Prince Jing's Mansion is beautiful, a tranquil retreat amidst the bustle of the city. The prince clearly knew how to choose a prime feng shui location. Formerly the site of Guangxi Normal University, it boasts both history and stunning scenery. The tour guide service was exceptional, offering free, professional explanations. Guide Mo, who is said to be a teacher, was very professional, patient, and thorough, even trying to explain as much as he could, knowing we were pressed for time. When we left to receive our blessing rubbings, Guide Wei patiently led us to the north gate. I'll definitely be back for a second visit during winter break.

The Longji Rice Terraces were truly breathtaking. We visited both Ping'an and Jinkeng villages. The Ping'an rice terraces are winding and winding, while the Jinkeng rice terraces are majestic and magnificent. The journey was a bit long, though. From the Ping'an parking lot, we took a shuttle bus to Jiulong Wuhu, then walked to Qixing Banyue, and then back to the parking lot. The journey was quite long, but the scenery was breathtaking. We took the Jinkeng cable car and got off, but didn't go to the Thousand-Layered Ladder (we ran out of time). The view from the Golden Buddha Summit gave us a sense of commanding the entire mountain range.
The Longji Rice Terraces are a magnificent epic! Across the mountain ridges, a thousand-layered green belt winds and swirls like a giant dragon leaping, a scene of extraordinary grandeur. In spring, water reflects the sky, summer brings swaying wheat fields, autumn paints golden waves to the clouds, and winter hides in a blanket of silver, the four seasons transforming into a picturesque scene. The terraces, stacked like stairways ascending to heaven, embody the wisdom of the Zhuang ancestors and the ingenuity of coexisting with nature, a timeless masterpiece of humanity's interplay with the mountains and rivers. Walking among them feels like strolling through a gallery of heaven and earth, a breathtaking experience!
