This day trip to the Stone Forest far exceeded my expectations! The tour guide's explanations were vivid, bringing the stories behind the stones to life. The itinerary was well-paced, allowing ample time for photos at iconic sites like the "Ashima Transformation Stone" and "Sword Peak Pool." The group lunch was excellent. There was no forced shopping throughout the trip, and the bus was very clean. For those who want to efficiently explore the Stone Forest and learn about its culture, this tour is a great value!
This is my second visit to the Stone Forest after more than 20 years. Like all scenic areas, the entrance is quite far now, so a sightseeing bus is necessary. It's a unique scenic area, a World Geological Heritage site, and requires imagination. Two hours is enough for a casual visit.

It's alright. The place is big, with lots of plants. The dancing grass is really fun; a director sang for it hoping it would dance, but unfortunately, it wasn't in a good mood and didn't. There's also the lightest piece of wood, which I lifted with one hand. It was quite fun. However, it's a bit expensive considering it's an hour's drive from Xishuangbanna and the entrance fee is 80 yuan. There's not much else inside besides plants, so it's a little boring.
Absolutely stunning! The most beautiful botanical garden I've ever visited. Perfect for taking amazing photos. We drove there because it was great with both adults and children; parking was plentiful, and there's a shuttle bus after entering. It's a great place to explore without getting tired. The only downside was that it was difficult to hire an official guide, so we politely listened in on other people's tours. I feel that a guided tour would definitely make the experience much more rewarding.

Xiao Gao, our tour guide, was very responsible. He knew all the plants in the botanical garden and their characteristics like the back of his hand. His explanations were detailed and thorough, and he answered all our questions. It was a rare travel experience, and we learned a lot!
The scenery is beautiful, there's no need to buy a sightseeing bus ticket, and the entrance fee is reasonable. I recommend bringing elderly people and children. However, the less pleasant experience is the abundance of tourists and photographers everywhere. There are even people promoting tour packages who constantly follow you around the scenic area. I hope the scenic area can improve its management. There were also many people smoking.

The cable car ride at Xishan Scenic Area isn't long, but the scenery is amazing! Half of the journey offers views of the shimmering Dianchi Lake, while the other half showcases the vibrant autumn colors of Xishan Mountain—a picturesque view that electric carts simply can't match! Definitely worth experiencing!
It's beautiful, don't take the cable car unless you just want to experience it. Xishan District is very large, just go to Haigeng Park and the Seven-Arch Floating Bridge. You can visit these two attractions on two separate trips.

This is a very nice guesthouse. The lobby is spacious, bright, and elegant, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the distinctive architecture of the Dongfengyun Scenic Area. The owner's wine is also quite good; you can enjoy wine or tea in the lobby at your leisure. Although the breakfast selection is limited, it is delicious and very hygienic. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Mile.

This combined ticket is a great deal, much cheaper than buying individual tickets. Since it was my first time in Dali, these two places were a must-see, and they're not far from each other. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't cooperating when I went up Cangshan Mountain, but it cleared up when I came down to see the Three Pagodas. The Three Pagodas have a very long history and are definitely worth visiting.

The park is large and the scenery is beautiful. We hired a guide to help you understand the customs of the ethnic minorities, which was very interesting. It's suitable for both adults and children. The NPCs from different ethnic groups in the park are very dedicated and sing amazingly! 👍🏻
The ethnic village is relatively close to the Haigeng Dam, and there weren't many tourists. The experience was decent. It houses about 25 ethnic groups, and I heard that the five ethnic groups at the entrance put on dance performances and other activities in the evenings.

This was my second visit to the primeval forest park, and it's definitely worth going, especially the rainforest hiking area. However, I couldn't experience it because I was with elderly people. Here are my suggestions: The distance from the parking lot to the park gate is too far, requiring a hike uphill. Even after purchasing a ticket for the electric shuttle bus, you still have to walk 200 meters uphill to reach Jin Lake, which is also the peacock release area, before you can take the shuttle bus. This is very inconvenient for elderly people. The shuttle bus ticket only goes downhill to the parking lot. I suggest that you either start from the parking lot and walk uphill, or that you can board the shuttle bus directly at the park entrance. It's very unreasonable.

The entrance fee to the Dai Ethnic Garden is not expensive, but the sightseeing bus fare inside is quite expensive at 60 yuan per person. Moreover, the staff said that if you want to see the water splashing, you can't sit on the sightseeing bus and have to walk. The management is rather chaotic and needs improvement.
I'm very satisfied with the flights and hotels booked by your company. I recommend the Naga S Hotel; it's so comfortable, with a great environment, excellent service, and a delicious breakfast. Most importantly, it's conveniently located within the scenic area.
