After a long day at Shanghai Disneyland, I was exhausted, but the joy was pure and simple! The fun was evident in these moments: * The immersive experience of Soaring Over the Horizon was amazing. A few minutes took you around the world, the fresh scent of the grasslands and the hot winds of the desert felt so real. * The visual effects of Pirates of the Caribbean were breathtaking. The grand scene of the battle for the sunken treasure was always awe-inspiring. * TRON Lightcycle Power Run is a must-ride for the daring. The moment you hop on the motorbike, the light and speed deliver a thrilling experience. * As soon as the music for the parade started, the fairytale came to life. Waving with Lina Belle and Elsa, all your worries vanished. * The Enchanted Storybook Show brought the day to a perfect close. Castles, fireworks, and music intertwined, bringing tears to your eyes. There's a magic here that makes you willingly become a child again. Even though the queues were long and tiring, the heartfelt laughter and amazement made it all worthwhile!

Early November at Songcheng was so much fun! The "Magic Night" event featured a multitude of handsome NPCs—so good-looking they were dazzling! They were also much more friendly and approachable than NPCs at typical amusement parks, without any airs of stardom. Songcheng truly lives up to its reputation as China's leading entertainment company. Hangzhou is indeed a land of outstanding people and beautiful scenery; there were handsome men everywhere, all around 185cm tall. On the day of the event, Master Kumārajīva, also known as Li Guolin, was performing, happily interacting with visitors. There were also formal performances, blending music, dance, and acrobatics to showcase Hangzhou's civilization and the beautiful lives of contemporary people. The entire Songcheng experience was joyful and delightful, avoiding any preachy or didactic elements, and radiating warmth and friendliness.
It's a very worthwhile place to visit; both the shows and the attractions are unforgettable. We arrived too late, around 2 PM, and had to rush in to see some attractions just before closing time, so we didn't get to interact with all the NPCs. However, because it was late, we could see a unique night view. We'll definitely come back next time we have the chance.

A special thank you to Luo Yuan at the front desk! Her service throughout the trip was incredibly thoughtful, making our family's weekend getaway to Lingang exceptionally wonderful. 👍👍👍 Upon check-in, she proactively upgraded us to a room with a bathtub, allowing the kids to relax comfortably after playing in the snow without worrying about them catching a chill. She even added us on WeChat to book lunch, which was so convenient. The breakfast on the second day was also fantastic—freshly made noodles, wontons, and steamed buns were all delicious, and there were even local vegetarian toppings! A bowl of mushroom and gluten noodles for breakfast was 💯 and so satisfying. When we checked out, our child asked, "Can we come back again?" We were already reluctant to leave! The hotel service was excellent, the facilities were top-notch, and the experience was fantastic!
The kids had a blast at this place they'd been longing to visit! All the shows were fantastic, and since it wasn't peak season, it wasn't too crowded. The experience was amazing; I'm almost thinking of getting a half-year pass!

Hongshan Zoo was really crowded, but the overall experience was good. The zoo is large and has a wide variety of animals, especially the pandas, monkeys, and giraffes, which are very popular. The staff were well-organized and the zoo was kept clean. I recommend going early to avoid peak hours, as this will make seeing the animals much easier.
The animals were so cute! But they started getting sleepy and listless around noon, so next time we'll go earlier! The food inside the park is extremely expensive; an egg burger costs 20 yuan, which is highway robbery, so bring your own food!

The Shanghai Museum is a treasure trove of Chinese civilization. When visiting, it's recommended to first appreciate its distinctive "round sky, square earth" architectural aesthetic. Inside, focus on exhibits of ancient bronzes, ceramics, and calligraphy and paintings. For example, you can see exquisite cloisonné enamelware; its intricate craftsmanship and vibrant colors showcase the superb skills of ancient artisans. There's also a beautifully decorated cloisonné enamel ewer with lifelike dragon motifs, possessing immense artistic value. You can make reservations online before your visit to plan your time accordingly. For a more in-depth understanding, you can participate in guided tours or rent audio guides. If you get tired, you can stroll around People's Square nearby, experiencing the fusion of urban life and historical culture. Here, every artifact is a microcosm of history, worth savoring at your own pace.
I finally got my tickets for the long-awaited Egypt exhibition! I chose a weekend trip from Hangzhou to Shanghai. The exhibition is divided into three themed pavilions. I saw many Egyptian statues and even cat mummies, which was quite a novelty!

Water and Fire Power: Very fun! Children can't ride due to height restrictions. The queue is only half an hour. My friend and I laughed a lot on it; it wasn't particularly scary. Three Dragons (4D Roller Coaster): 1-hour wait. Extremely thrilling! I felt like I was about to die; my voice was hoarse from screaming. Anyone not afraid of heights should go!! Flying Over Dinosaur Mountain: 1-hour wait. It's dark and like a roller coaster, quite interesting, just faster.
This is definitely the most expensive and most worthwhile experience I have ever had. I am very grateful to the driver, Zhang Chaochao, and the tour guide, Xie Hui. They took care of the children the whole time while the adults were playing games. They did not get annoyed when the children were naughty, and they accompanied them patiently. The children even asked the tour guide to play games with them, and the tour guide gladly accepted. Children will not lie, and they can tell whether the adults are friendly or not, so I am very grateful for their service.

To ensure a fantastic experience at the Shanghai Wild Animal Park, this guide will help you make the most of your visit. First, we recommend driving or taking the park's feeding carts into the predator enclosure. Like in the pictures, you can observe tigers strolling alongside the distinctive zebra-striped feeding carts up close, experiencing their wild charm. Second, the flamingo exhibit is a must-see. Flocks of flamingos, some standing gracefully, others foraging, create stunning reflections in the water, resulting in amazing photos. Additionally, the free-range herbivore area is also worth visiting. Yaks, goats, deer, and other animals coexist harmoniously here, allowing you to experience the vitality of nature. When visiting, it's advisable to arrive early to avoid crowds. Plan your visit to the predator enclosure, special exhibits, and free-range areas in a reasonable order. Also, check the animal show times to make your trip more enjoyable.
Once inside the park, you don't have to walk far to see the animals, and the animal enclosures are not far apart, allowing you to see the animals up close. Since our child was too young, we didn't choose the feeding cart option and took the free shuttle bus to the predator enclosure. For lunch, there are McDonald's, Dicos, and a local tea restaurant.

A fantastic experience for all ages! The Shanghai Ocean Aquarium offers one of the longest underwater tunnels in the world, giving you a close-up view of sharks, stingrays, and colorful coral life. The themed zones — from China’s rivers to the Amazon rainforest — are beautifully designed and educational.Everything is clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a calm yet captivating escape in the heart of the city.Tip: Visit on weekdays to avoid crowds and take your time through the tunnel for the best photo ops!A must-visit place in Shanghai!
The aquarium is truly a truly captivating place! The exhibits are well-organized, and every area is full of surprises, from tropical fish to sea turtles and sharks. The aquarium's soft lighting makes for great photos. My favorite part is the underwater tunnel, which feels like stepping into a dreamy blue world. The staff are friendly, attentive, and professional, and I learned a lot about the ocean. The overall experience is comfortable, fun, and educational, making it a perfect place for couples and families. Highly recommended!

Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum: The Spirit of the Ming Dynasty Within an Imperial Tomb The stone elephant path, over six hundred years old, is a ceremonial procession paved by time. The stone carvings along the spirit path stand solemnly like ancient guardians, camel humps carrying the winds of the Western Regions, and qilin bearing the majesty of the dynasty, leading step by step towards the entrance to the underground palace deep in the foothills of Zijin Mountain. Here lies Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, and Empress Ma, but it is more than just an imperial tomb. Hidden within the winding red walls is the architectural wisdom of "one mausoleum, two systems," the bricks of the square city's Ming Tower are engraved with the names of the craftsmen, and the inscriptions on the steles of the four-sided city record the ambition of the newly established dynasty. Every bluestone tells a story: this is not a cold relic, but an epic of the Ming Dynasty written in brick and stone.
The scenic area is large, but it's easy to walk around for most of the day, and there are some nice views along the way. If you visit all the paid attractions, I recommend buying a combined ticket, but even then, the price/performance ratio is still not high, especially for the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, which is more expensive than the Forbidden City during peak season, which is really unjustified.

This is an attraction loved by both children and adults, saving you the fatigue of climbing and adding fun to the ascent. Kids absolutely adore it. The only downside is that you can't repeat your favorite rides, which is a bit disappointing. Disneyland is so crowded; if you like something and are willing to queue, you can ride it repeatedly. Here, the routes are all restricted, which is extremely unsatisfactory. Could the business possibly make some changes?
