Qianling Temple belongs to Yongjing County. To Yongjing Liujiaxia Bus Station, there are two transportation ways to enter Qianling Temple. 1. The hydropower station has a boat to go, 160 yuan/person, you can take a boat tour of the reservoir, go to the temple scenic spot, stay for 1.5 hours, return. 2. Carpooling 100 yuan/person, walk along the lake and stay a few points to the scenic spot, and stay at will.

Bingling Temple Grottoes are really amazing! It is worthy of being a world cultural heritage. The grottoes here were excavated in the early years of the Western Jin Dynasty. They have a long history and have been built and expanded by many dynasties. There are many caves, statues and murals with high artistic value. The ink inscription of &quot;the first year of Jianhong&quot; in Cave 169 is the earliest existing inscription of statues in my country with a clear date. Bingling Temple Grottoes is one of the six largest grottoes in China and is also known as the encyclopedia of Chinese grottoes. The ancient people of Western Qin excavated it in 1600. There are many sculptures in the grottoes, and the largest one is the reclining Buddha. After visiting the Liujiaxia Hydropower Station, we took a speedboat for more than an hour and arrived at Bingling Temple. The landscape here is particularly vast and thick, with dangerous peaks and strange rocks. Bingling Temple Grottoes is located on the cliff on the west side of Dasigou in Jishishan, about 40 kilometers southwest of Yongjing County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province. It was excavated on the cliff of Dasigou on the north bank of the Yellow River in the early Western Jin Dynasty (about the 3rd century AD) and was officially established in the first year of Jianhong in Western Qin (420 AD). There are four floors above and below. It was first called Tangshu Grottoes, which means &quot;ghost cave&quot; in Qiang language. It was called Longxing Temple in the Tang Dynasty, Lingyan Temple in the Song Dynasty, and Bingling Temple after the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. &quot;Bingling&quot; is a simplification of the Tibetan &quot;Xianba Bingling&quot;, which means &quot;thousand Buddhas&quot; and &quot;hundreds of thousands of Maitreya Buddha continents&quot;. There are 183 caves and niches, with a total of 694 stone sculptures, 82 clay sculptures, and about 900 square meters of murals, distributed on the cliff face about 200 meters long and 60 meters high on the west bank of Dasigou. The main body of the grottoes is the &quot;Natural Buddha&quot; (Cave 169) of the Tang Dynasty located high on the cliff and many small and medium-sized caves and niches in the middle of the cliff face. The artistic value of Bingling Temple is second only to the Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang. The Buddha statues are concise in shape, simple in technique, with flying clothes and elegant postures, static and dynamic, and harmonious in proportion, fully reflecting the thick and rough charm of the northwest. Cave 169 is the largest, earliest and most content-rich cave in Bingling Temple, and is the essence of Bingling Temple Grottoes. Due to the relatively good natural conditions here and little human damage, the Bingling Temple Grottoes are still relatively well preserved. The geological structure of the Jishishan rock where Bingling Temple is located is fine yellow sandstone, which is easy to excavate and carve, but not resistant to weathering and deliquescence. Due to the dry climate and the high cliffs, the rock layers often protrude like eaves, which shield some caves from wind, rain and sun exposure. Therefore, many cave statues have been preserved quite intact even after thousands of years. We were amazed and intoxicated by the strange mountains and beautiful caves.

I can only say that it is so beautiful and shocking. Compared with other grottoes, I feel that this place has a stronger sense of history. I wrote down a simple guide. In the morning, I took a bus from Lanzhou West Bus Station to Liujiaxia. The ticket price was 23 yuan, and it took about 2 hours to reach Liujiaxia. Then I took a taxi for 5 yuan to Liujiaxia Dam. You can go to Bingling Temple first. Here I emphasize that you must take a boat instead of a car. Only by taking a boat can you experience the real scenery. The round-trip speedboat ticket is 150 yuan, and the one-way trip is about 1 hour. The ticket for Bingling Temple is 50. After returning to Liujiaxia, there are many people who share a car to Lanzhou, about 30 per person.

The confluence of the Yellow River and the Tao River is quite spectacular. It takes at least 20 minutes to walk from the entrance of the scenic area to the viewing platform, and you have to climb a slope. The shuttle bus needs to be purchased separately. You can hear a lot of geographical explanations on the viewing platform.

The Huangtao Intersection Observation Deck is not a very obvious dividing line at ordinary times, but it is also very spectacular. Going to Gannan Road is also another experience. It is convenient to drive by yourself. The mountain road is easy to walk. Just pay attention to the wrong car. Parking is also convenient.

Huangtaojiaohui Observation Deck is located in Yongjing County, Linxia Prefecture. It is the place where the Yellow River and Tao River meet, forming the famous mandarin duck hot pot landscape.
