Beautiful. Don’t miss it. It’s doable in one day, but will be a long day! :)
A very well-managed scenic spot. No need to worry about which attraction to go to first to avoid the crowds. Once you get on the bus, the general dispatcher will tell you where to go next. The service staff are generally good, and the scenic spots are clearly marked. We played in Jiuzhaigou for two days, experiencing the clouds and mist on rainy days and the colorful scenery under the sun. The plank road is very slippery on rainy days, so be sure to wear non-slip hiking shoes. Enjoy the fresh breath while walking and the beautiful scenery is unbeatable. It is really enjoyable.

Came here to experience the joy of hand-made DIY Terracotta Warriors. During the period, the teacher explained how to make it. In the end, you can take away your own Qin Shi Huang for free. Hahahaha. Highly recommended! ! ! !
We actually preferred Huaqing Palace. The terracotta warriors were fantastic but after awhile it was more of the same and the crowds just got to us. Much quieter at the palace and way more beautiful.

Don't wander around the Xi'an City Wall blindly; choose the right gate and explore the city to maximize your ticket price! Here are some practical tips even locals use. Choosing the right gate is crucial to avoid the crowds. For first-timers, prioritize the South Gate (Yongning Gate). Directly accessible via Metro Line 2, it offers a truly ceremonial atmosphere and a dazzling evening light show. However, during peak season, arrive early to avoid long lines. Food lovers should head directly to the West Gate (Anding Gate). Climb the city walls and cycle a few kilometers to the South Gate. Downstairs, you'll find Muslim Street, where you can enjoy mutton soup buns and roujiamo (Chinese roujiamo). For families with children or the elderly, Hanguang Gate is recommended, as it has an accessible elevator and allows you to visit the City Wall Ruins Museum. Cycling is the preferred activity; walking is too cumbersome. Hiking the entire 13.7-kilometer city wall would leave you exhausted, so renting a car is the best option. A single bike costs 45 yuan for three hours, and a double bike costs 90 yuan. You can borrow and return bikes at any of the nine locations, eliminating the need to return to your starting point. For beginners, we recommend the halfway route from West Gate to South Gate: 6 kilometers in 1.5 hours, perfect for catching the sunset. Please note that riders under 12 and over 65 are prohibited. Safety is paramount. Avoid pitfalls. There's virtually no shade on the city wall, so bring plenty of water and sunscreen in the summer. Riding in the morning and evening is most comfortable. Don't shop in the city walls; they're expensive and not very tasty. Instead, head down from Zhongshan Gate to Yongxingfang, and then to Jianguo Gate to the old vegetable market, where you'll find authentic Shaanxi cuisine. Buy your tickets the day before through the Shaanxi Cultural Tourism Benefit Mini Program for a 20% discount. Finally, remember that your ticket is valid for both entry and exit. If you need to use the restroom, head down to the city walls; don't try to find one. Follow this guide and you can experience the blend of ancient and modern scenery without being too tired to play!
We went up from Andingmen. On the way, we saw many people taking artistic photos and wedding photos in ancient costumes. We could ride bicycles on the city wall, but I couldn't find a place. We walked north to the corner tower and couldn't walk anymore, so we dragged our heavy body down from Andingmen again.

Absolutely exquisite! The poignant love story of Yang Guifei and Emperor Minghuang of Tang is brought to life with breathtaking brilliance! The stage design is stunning, with dazzling lights, misty water, and a ethereal aura.
On the seventh day of the seventh month, in the Hall of Eternal Life, in the dead of night, whispers drifted by. Romantic? Poignant? Regretful? Tragic? The story of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang and Yang Yuhuan depicts the rise and fall of a dynasty. Such a pity: China, from its openness, inclusiveness, and ambition, became inward-looking, steady, and balanced, ultimately ending completely at the end of the Southern Song Dynasty, the first Han dynasty to fall. How I wish Emperor Xuanzong of Tang, a historical figure, had risen to the occasion, led his troops, quickly wiped out the rebellion, and unified the country.

The Drum Tower of Xi'an is located in the center of Xi'an. It is a Ming Dynasty building that echoes the Bell Tower in the distance. It is one of the largest and best-preserved bell and drum towers left over from ancient China.
Since the Ming Dynasty, the Bell Tower has been a symbol of Xi'an for hundreds of years. It has also witnessed the rapid development of this ancient city. The Bell Tower has different aesthetics during the day and at night.

Very beautiful park, worth visiting if you got extra few hours.
The Tang Paradise (5A) (Figure 1) is located southeast of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in Yanta District and covers an area of 1,000 mu (approximately 1,000 acres), including 300 mu (approximately 1,000 acres) of water (Figure 2). Rebuilt north of the site of the original Tang Dynasty Paradise, it is modeled after the imperial gardens of the Tang Dynasty. It is China's first large-scale imperial garden-style cultural theme park that comprehensively showcases the flourishing Tang Dynasty (Figure 3). The park boasts numerous replicas of ancient architecture, including the Purple Cloud Tower (Figure 4), the Ladies' Hall, the Imperial Banquet Palace, the Apricot Garden, the Fragrant Forest Garden, and the Tang Market, making it the largest replica of Tang Dynasty imperial architecture in China (Figure 5).

My kid said the Star Wars and the Surf Car weren't exciting enough and wanted this ride. It was a fantastic experience, far more thrilling than the Star Wars. We shared a car with our family of three. The driver (I forgot his driver number 😅) was very friendly. We stopped by a dead branch shaped like the word "LOVE" to check in and take some photos. The driver even walked the kid around 👍. While the SUV doesn't look like a new brand, I think it was the best 500 yuan I spent on this trip. The ride was so bumpy, I didn't take any videos. Finally, they dropped us off directly at the Star Hotel, which was a pleasant surprise.
It's worth a visit if you haven't been there. After all, it's a 5A scenic spot with great scenery. However, most of the activities you enter are paid experiences, so if you want to calm down and appreciate the scenery, you may have to look back.

As an important cultural landmark at the starting point of the ancient Silk Road, the Shaanxi History Museum uses cultural relics to build a corridor of time and space, allowing visitors to touch the pulse of civilization of the Zhou, Qin, Han and Tang dynasties among the blue bricks and gray tiles, and feel the profound accumulation of Chinese culture.
The experience of visiting the Shaanxi History Museum was great! Zhang Lixuan's guide explained in particular in detail, and the historical stories behind each cultural relics were martyred. From the meaning of the bronzeware's decoration, to the craft characteristics of Tang Sancai, the explanation is both professional and vivid. Make people instantly cross the millennium Zhang Lixuan tour guide also cleverly combined the poetry dictionary, and combined Shaanxi as the glorious history of the 13th Dynasty as a wonderful picture. The 3-hour explanation is large but not boring. Even the children can hear it fascinated. They really do "let the cultural relics speak", and the heavy history and culture are lively and interesting. It is highly recommended!

The performances were quite good. I recommend the Rainbow Feather Dance, the acrobatics, and the Yan Music. I loved playing games with the NPCs. Ning, Xuan, Wang, and many other girls and boys were super fun, perfect for adults. I played the Nine Links game with Xuanzang two or three times, and it got the master going crazy. 😂
You asked me what the Tang Palace Night Banquet was like? This is it. Magnificent dances, exquisite Tang Palace banquets, wonderful music—this is the Tang Palace, this is the Tang Dynasty.

I originally wanted to find a less crowded attraction, but it was a truly wonderful trip. The Danxia landforms are incredibly spectacular and unique, absolutely stunning. They're no less impressive than the Zhangye Danxia landforms; truly a work of art!
The whole scenic area is quite large. I chose SVIP, which includes snacks and drinks, reverse tours, and camel carts. I only need to walk about one kilometer. If I follow another tour itinerary, it will be more tiring. In short, it is a good experience and the scenery is beautiful.
