Taipei National Palace Museum The Taipei National Palace Museum is in Shilin. Please note that there are a lot of steps at the entrance. The building is in the traditional palace style, with green tiles and white walls, which looks very imposing. There are really many collections inside. You must see the jadeite cabbage and the meat-shaped stone, especially the katydid carved on the cabbage is very fine. It is recommended to rent an interpreter, otherwise you may not understand the story behind the exhibits. The exhibition will be replaced every three months, and you can see different treasures if you go often. There are more people on weekends, so try to come on weekdays or at noon. There is a place for stamping in the museum, so you can bring a notebook as a souvenir. It takes about three or four hours to go through the whole tour.
It was my first time traveling to Taiwan. I visited the National Palace Museum in Taipei. The various collections were really shocking. I saw a treasure in the museum. I will go to see another one next time if I have the chance. 👍 Taiwanese people are very friendly!

Taiwan must punch in the attractions, I bought a package on the 101st floor and the sightseeing floor, overlooking the entire city. The suggestion is to be optimistic about the time when buying tickets. After the time, you have to go to the front desk to queue up again to change tickets. There are many places for souvenirs on it that are very chic. If the time is not very fast, you can spend 2 to 3 hours at this attraction, there are many places suitable for taking pictures. There is also an outdoor viewing platform. If the weather is good, you can feel the scenery of the upper floors. The traffic is very convenient, you can get there by subway.
We just watched the building from outside and did not go inside. Wow, this is really stunning to see. It is so tall, it almost did not fit into the photos. Definitly worth it to go and see.

Sun Moon Lake and the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village make for a perfect day – nature, culture, fun, and unforgettable views all in one!
Sun Moon Lake is the pearl of Taiwan, and the lake is blue as if it has been colored by God. It is super pleasant to take a boat tour of the lake. Remember to go to Xuanguang Temple to eat Grandma's tea eggs, which is fragrant to make you doubt your life. The bicycle lane around the lake is beautiful, but be careful not to ride to sleep. The steps of the Wenwu Temple are so soft that your legs are soft, but the view is worth your legs climbing. The sunset in the evening is beautiful like a filter, but don't just take pictures and fall into the water.

Taipei 101 is undeniably one of the most iconic landmarks in Taiwan and a must-visit for anyone traveling to Taipei. The panoramic views from the observatory are absolutely breathtaking — but only if the weather cooperates. Be sure to check the weather forecast before heading over; visiting on a foggy day can mean you end up staring into a wall of clouds instead of the city skyline. Aim for a clear day to get the best experience. It’s also a good idea to go in the morning or early evening, as the afternoon hours can get quite crowded with tour groups. Despite the crowds, the visit is still very much worth it. Taipei 101 isn’t just about the view — the tower also features interesting and well-presented educational exhibits about the building’s unique engineering, especially its mass damper system, which helps stabilize the skyscraper during earthquakes and typhoons.
got this when there was a 1 for 1 promotion, fuss-free and quick redemption as well. only con was that it was cloudy the day we went and we couldnt catch the sunset

Best combo ticket ever! You can visit the Taipei zoo, cable cars and the Taipei 101 observation deck. Buy online and receive three QR codes, one for each place. Really efficient and great value for money!
Stepping into Taipei Zoo, it is like a wonderful natural exploration journey. The layout is clever, according to the geographical ecological partition, the Asian tropical rainforest area is lush, water vapor, Malay lizard, Asian elephant and other animals live at ease; Australia's animal area is full of unique creatures, kangaroos jumping, koalas dozing. The popular science signs in the park can be seen everywhere, introducing animal habits, living environment, and parents who bring children are patiently explaining to children and letting knowledge be passed on in interaction. The most memorable thing is to see the "tuan" and "round", which are very caring for pandas from the mainland. They are sloppy, or eat bamboo, or lazy to roll, and the cute look makes tourists laugh and draws closer to the emotions on both sides of the Straits. Walking in the garden, not only can enjoy the animals, but also feel the garden's care for the animals, and the importance of science education, is a full and warm travel.

Jiufen Old Street is in Ruifang District, Xinbei City. This is a mountain city, with many stone roads and ladders. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and stroll slowly. There are old-fashioned buildings on both sides of the street, with red lanterns hanging, and there is a special atmosphere when the lights are on in the evening. The must-eat Auntie Taro Round is at the gate of Jiufen National Small Gate. There are sweet potato rounds, taro rounds and red beans in the comprehensive ice. Sitting by the window, you can see the mountain view. There are many snacks and handmade shops in Jishan Street, the main street of the old street. If there is enough time, you can arrange half a day, avoid the flow of people at three or four in the afternoon, drink a cup of tea at Amei Tea House in the evening, and watch the lights under the mountain, like a scene in a fairy tale.
This street had so many beautiful shops and amazing food. We bought some soufeniers and ate beef noodle soup. Loved the experience! Only downfall is, the streets are very narrow, so it might be difficult to walk around if it is very crowded with people.

You can enjoy the scenery of Taipei City by taking the cable car. There is also greenery along the way. The wind on the mountain is relatively strong and it feels cool. There are many shops selling tea, and the shop assistants are warm and friendly.
The air up there is very good. It is easy to travel by Maokong Gondola. It takes about half an hour to get to the top. It is very convenient.
