We drove up the mountain. In October, there was a sea of flowers in the scenic area. The colors were beautiful for taking photos. Children could also play in the water. There were also some farmhouse restaurants for dining. The road from the gate to the scenic area was quite long and the mountain road was narrow, so be careful.
Tianchi Flower Sea, a holy place on earth! It was worth the winding mountain road for nearly an hour. When the flower sea appeared in front of me, I felt that my life was complete. The gardeners took good care of the hydrangeas, irises, and lavenders. Each one was full of vitality. The temperature on the top of the mountain in early July was so cool and comfortable. Looking from a high place, the mountains are green, and the tall buildings in the city are like a little cheese on the matcha cake. It is really a holy place for self-driving in the Greater Bay Area. The scenery changes in four seasons, and you can always see it.

I took a stroll through Xianhu Botanical Garden in the evening, and surprisingly, the night view was quite pleasant. Streetlights illuminated the cobblestone paths, and the shadows of the trees swayed, making it a pleasant walk. The occasional breeze from the lakeside provided a refreshing coolness. It wasn't crowded, and it was quiet. I could hear the chirping of insects, and occasionally I'd pass a few people strolling by, nodding and passing by. The sky was slightly cloudy, but the moon occasionally peeked through, its reflection on the lake quite beautiful. Overall, it was a perfect place to relax at night, unlike the sun and noise of the day. Just walking around here really calmed me down.
Shenzhen Xianhu Botanical Garden boasts over 20 botanical gardens and conservation bases, housing over 12,000 species. The garden's main attractions include Hongfa Temple, the Fossil Forest, and the Desert Plant Area. A full tour takes approximately six hours. While suitable for both professional and academic purposes, it's also a great place for sightseeing, leisure, and vacations with children and the elderly.

I've always loved this place. Twenty years ago, a classmate from Guangzhou took me here twice, and I fell in love with it. Now I bring my kids here so they can learn more about the plants. It's a great place to bring families!
The scenic area is very large, making it a great place for photo ops. The park has restaurants, cafes, and a sightseeing bus. This time, there were many people, including elderly and children, so we only briefly explored the area, focusing on the tropical rainforest botanical garden. The landscaping there is beautiful, with waterfalls, streams, rockery, and pavilions arranged in a harmonious pattern. There are also many plant species, many of which I had never seen before. It was truly amazing! This is a great attraction and perfect for a family trip.

Shunde's Qinghui Garden is truly worth a visit! One of the Four Famous Gardens of Lingnan, it was built in the Ming Dynasty and exudes a rich ancient charm. The garden boasts exquisite architecture, with pavilions and towers arranged in a staggered pattern. The Boat Hall and Bixi Thatched Cottage are both distinctive features. The exquisite wood carvings, plaster sculptures, and other decorative craftsmanship leave one marveling at the masterful artistry of ancient artisans. The waterscape is also captivating, with ponds, waterfalls, and lush greenery complementing each other to create a picturesque scene. The garden boasts a rich variety of plants, including several century-old trees. However, Qinghui Garden's frequent visitors may make photography difficult. Overall, however, its unique Lingnan style and rich cultural heritage remain captivating and unforgettable.
Qinghui Garden, located at No. 23 Qinghui Road, Daliang Street, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, is a Lingnan garden building built in the Ming Dynasty, covering an area of 2.2 10,000 square meters, and Foshan Liangyuan, Panyu Yuyin Mountain House, Dongguan Keyuan and called the four major gardens in Lingnan, and was selected as the top ten famous gardens in China. Qinghui Garden adopts asymmetric design, large garden package small garden, fusion pavilion, porch, corridor, porch and other diverse forms, mainly blue brick and tile, combined with gray plastic, brick carving, painted glass and other processes, reflecting the Lingnan garden "light and transparent" style. ‌‌ And there is live water throughout the garden, self-contained climate, and the temperature inside is two degrees lower than outside. From Guangzhou, you can take the subway to Foshan Metro Line 3 to Daliang Bell Tower Station. This summer vacation is worth going to 👌

A mountain's magic doesn't lie in its height; it's the immortals who dwell there! My last visit to Xiqiao Mountain was a memory from the last century, but this time I was incredibly rewarded. Next door is the Nanhai Museum, whose architectural design and collections are both worth a closer look.
The cable car has been reinstalled, which is really good for the elderly. It saves a lot of trouble and allows us to take them to Xiqiao Mountain for oxygen inhalation frequently. It is really good to take the elderly on family trips. Moreover, the scenery of Xiqiao Mountain is really beautiful and worth visiting often.

Visit Guangzhou's Yuexiu Park and see iconic landmarks like the Five Rams Stone Sculpture, the Sun Yat-sen Memorial, the Ming Dynasty City Wall, and the Zhenhai Tower. The park boasts a beautiful setting, lush greenery, and a rich cultural heritage, making it a must-see.
I went to Jiangsu and took my kids to see what the lantern festival in the south looks like. We had never seen it before and it really opened our eyes. There were all kinds of lanterns, some of which were so big and bright that they couldn't even be called lanterns. The kids were very happy. There were quite a lot of people, but it would have been better if there were some guides.

In fact, the place is not very big, and the main attractions are relatively concentrated. In particular, there are boats and tour buses in this scenic area. If you want to walk, you can have fun. If you don’t want to walk and are lazy, you can take a tour bus and take a quick look.
It was really worth it today. I bought a package ticket. If you're under 1.2 meters tall, you get half the price. It's a great value. Plus, it's Tuesday, so it wasn't crowded. There are plenty of shops inside, and the prices are reasonable. Parking at the west gate is convenient and affordable, only 10 yuan for 6 hours.

Foshan Shunfeng Mountain Park has many highlights, and it is a very worth visiting attraction. Its highlights are as follows: - Hongwei Archway: Shunfeng Mountain Archway has the name of "China's first archway", 88 meters wide, 38 meters high, 35 meters main span, weighing 1.4 tons. Between the arches on both sides of the arches there are 16 marble dragon pillars, a single weight of 25 tons and upside down, 11 layers of glazed tiles are magnificent, carved with exquisite patterns such as three lions play ball, exquisite craftsmanship, breathtaking. - Historical monuments: Qingyun Tower, high and magnificent, is rumored to be related to Shunde's first major, folk often come here to climb, meaning flat Qingyun. Taiping Pagoda, formerly known as the old Zhai Pagoda, is one of the "Eight Views of Fengcheng". In 2006, it was listed as a cultural relics protection unit in Foshan City. The brick tower moths are empty and simple. - Beautiful lake view: the jade belt bridge is like a jade belt, and the bridge cave and reflection form a full moon. The scenery is moving. Qingyun Lake is open and spectacular, and the Qinglong Pavilion in the center of the lake adopts traditional symmetrical structure, which integrates with the lake and mountains, showing the beauty of Lingnan water town. - Colorful sea of flowers: Wetland sea of flowers is the theme, water is the center, there are ecological squares, viewing platforms and other beautiful scenery. The nearby natural ecological island is rich in vegetation and flowers are amazing. In addition, the four seasons of the large lawn are evergreen in four seasons, and the phoenix wood planted on both sides of the phoenix avenue is full of trees during the flowering period, like a picture. - Cultural experience: The Cantonese Opera Grand View Garden is based on Lingnan culture. There are Cantonese Opera stage and costume displays in the park. You can enjoy the wonderful Cantonese Opera performance and feel the charm of Lingnan culture. The dragon boat-like exhibition hall displays Shunde's long dragon boat culture in various forms. It is a good place for culture to punch in. - Garden landscape: Tingting Garden is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with compact layout, exquisite architecture, Jiangnan garden charm, you can enjoy coffee in Tingting Building and enjoy the lake and mountains. Yazhengyuan
I came to the picturesque Shunfengshan Park. As soon as I stepped into the park, a lush scene came into view. Tall trees are like open green umbrellas, blocking the sun for people. Under the trees, there are green grass and wild flowers, as if covering the earth with a colorful carpet. Walking along the winding path, I came to the Guipan Lake. The lake water sparkled under the sunshine, and a few small boats passed by from time to time on the lake, leaving long ripples. The willow trees by the lake swayed in the wind, and the willow branches gently brushed across the water, like a girl combing her hair. Crossing the path by the lake, I came to the Qingyun Tower. The Qingyun Tower stands tall, simple and elegant, and the tower body is carved with exquisite patterns. I climbed up the stone steps, and my vision widened with each step. Standing on the top of the tower, overlooking the entire park, the green trees, clear water, ancient towers, and small bridges formed a beautiful picture. Shunfengshan Park is a truly poetic place that makes people linger.

Luofu Mountain has been known since ancient times as "the first mountain in Lingnan" and "the ancestor of the hundreds of mountains in Guangdong." Since the Qin and Han dynasties, it has been renowned as an "immortal mountain." Starting in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, with Ge Hong's retreat there, Luofu Mountain became a renowned Taoist mountain. Revered by Chinese Taoism as the seventh of the Ten Great Cave Heavens and the thirty-fourth of the Seventy-Two Blessed Lands, it is one of the ten most famous Taoist mountains in China. Luofu Mountain is a granite landscape with 432 peaks, including over 80 peaks exceeding 1,000 meters. Famous peaks include Feiyunding, Shizi Peak, Luotuo Peak, Guifeng, Yingzui Rock, and Chaozhen Stone. Feiyunding, the highest of the 432 peaks, stands at 1,296 meters above sea level. As the ancients said, "If you don't climb to the top of Luofu Mountain, your journey of thousands of miles is in vain." Celebrities throughout the ages have dreamed of climbing and living in seclusion in Luofu Mountain, and even pursued the goal of seeing the sunrise at midnight from the top of Luofu Mountain. Overlooking the "four hundred peaks, mountains, rivers and seas", the top of Luofu Mountain is the best place to watch the sunrise, clouds and celestial phenomena. Currently, there are five routes to reach Feiyunding: 1. From the Guichi mountain entrance near Bailian Lake, walk via Shizi Peak, the upper cable car platform, and the hiking trail to Fenshuiao Station (approximately 4-5 hours); 2. Take the new cable car to the upper cable car platform, then walk along the hiking trail to Fenshuiao Station (approximately 3 hours); 3. Walk via the Luofu Mountain fire escape (under construction) to reach Fenshuiao Station (approximately 4-5 hours). Once the fire escape is completed, drive about an hour to Fenshuiao Station and walk 30 minutes to reach the station; 4. Hike up the mountain from Suliu Village and arrive via Boyun Temple (approximately 3-4 hours); 5. Walk up the mountain from Futian Nanlou Temple and arrive via Fenshuiao Station (approximately 2-3 hours). Lion Peak, 242 meters above sea level, lies to the right of Chongxu Ancient Temple. From a distance, it resembles a mighty lion crouching, waiting for its chance to pounce, hence the name. Atop the peak stands the exquisite Kuangxin Pavilion, offering panoramic views of distant vistas such as Camel Peak and Yunv Peak. It's also an ideal spot to fully appreciate the celestial wonders of Chongxu Temple. Climbing the pavilion and gazing out from the view evokes the feeling that "those soaring to the sky find peace of mind at the peak, while those engaged in worldly affairs peer into the valley and forget to return." Eagle's Beak Rock, formerly known as Crouching Tiger Rock, is located on Yunv Peak. The rock rises steeply, its beauty and elegance changing from different perspectives, resembling an eagle or a crouching tiger, protecting the people. Luofu Mountain has been home to numerous mythical and fascinating legends related to tigers, including Wong Tai Sin's "Mute Tiger Patrolling the Mountain," the famous Jin Dynasty Taoist Zheng Siyuan's journey on a tiger, the Sui Dynasty monk Huiyue's lecture at an altar where a divine tiger crouched on his knees, and the Zen Master Yi Nian's "shouting a tiger to save people."
Luofu Mountain is located in Boluo County, Huizhou City. It has many tall trees and deep steps. As a business card of Guangdong, it is rich in relics and has a profound history and culture. It is worth a visit. It is best to avoid holidays. The roads are narrow and the traffic is difficult to describe. The parking lot is a bit far away.
