The tour guide skillfully introduced every scene, every building, and every artifact in the Forbidden City. It was vivid and interesting, with good time planning and good organizational skills. Thumbs up for you!!!
During this tour of the Forbidden City, Mr. Xu from the Imperial City Story took us into the red-walled and yellow-tiled imperial palace and learned about the historical stories of the royal family. It was fun^_^. Today I participated in the Imperial City Story Lecture Group. The tour guide Xu was very detailed and arranged the route in place. It was fun^_^.

Had a fantastic time, I went on my birthday and got a birthday badges which meant everyone wished me a happy birthday. The staff and characters were all friendly and helpful. Greay way to spend your birthday if your family lives in another country💜💜💜💜💜
Second visit, this time it was summer vacation so it was hot and crowded, but the experience was good, most of the projects were visited again! Some projects like Minions, Transformers, Jurassic, Kung Fu Panda, etc. are indoor experiences with indoor performances, so I avoided the torment of sunbathing! The main thing is to look at the waiting time of each project in the scenic area, arrange it reasonably, and avoid the pain of long waiting.

Overall it's OK! The main purpose at night is to see the night view, which is still very beautiful! The show effect is average. The Great Wall only has four floors in the north and south. If you want to climb the Great Wall, I suggest you come during the day!
A few days after the Chinese New Year, there were so many people every day. The weather was pretty good, there was no blizzard, but there was still a little snow on the Great Wall. There were so many people that you had to queue up for the cable car and could only climb up, but you could still feel the majesty and vastness of the Great Wall!

Yungang Grottoes, formerly known as Lingyan Temple and Shifo Temple, are located at the southern foot of Wuzhou Mountain, 17 kilometers west of Datong City, Shanxi Province. It is one of the famous grottoes in China. The excavation of Yungang Grottoes began in the Northern Wei Dynasty. In the third year of the Northern Wei Dynasty (398), Emperor Daowu Tuoba Gui moved the capital from Shengle (now Horqin County) to Pingcheng (now Datong City), and Wuzhou Mountain became the transportation hub between Shengle and Pingcheng. After Emperor Wencheng Tuoba Jun ascended the throne, he ordered the monk leader Tan Yao to preside over the restoration of Buddhism. With the support of Emperor Wencheng, Tan Yao chose the beautiful Wuzhou Mountain, "carved the mountain stone wall, opened five caves, and engraved one Buddha statue each, the tallest of which was 70 feet and the second was 60 feet, with magnificent carvings, the best in the world."
In summer, it is strongly recommended to arrive as early as possible. If you don't park, you can get closer. It is also better to enter Cave 5 and Cave 6, which require a long queue [the shed in the picture is where the queue is, it was about 8.30 in the morning]. It is best to watch CCTV's [Yungang] or [China Grottoes] in advance to learn about history (not necessarily the original historical appearance, mostly inferred by archaeologists). The Five Barbarians era was intertwined and turbulent, and there are many related books. We did our homework and came back to the documentary but still had many questions. You need to reserve enough time for Caves 1-15, especially Caves 5 and 6 are very beautiful. If you can watch the explanation in advance, you will gain a lot. I want to complain about the official explanation at the door. Although there are bronze medals, internships, etc., I feel that after paying the money, people are not distinguished. Whoever catches up is who. The five of us are like a revolving lantern. All the way, they just urge us to go faster. I can't say anything.

Prince Gong's Mansion is the best-preserved Qing Dynasty palace in Beijing. It has important historical and cultural value and is one of the must-see attractions in Beijing. I was running out of time and rushed into Prince Gong's Mansion before 16:10, so I could only take a quick tour.
The Prince Gong Mansion in Beijing is located in Shichahai. It was once the residence of Heshen. As it is well preserved, it is now the most worthwhile scenic spot among the former palaces in Beijing. Prince Gong Mansion has many visitors and is located in a deep courtyard in the alley, so tickets are tight. If you want to visit Beijing, you must make an appointment in advance. In the peak season, you must make an appointment a week in advance to be sure. The scenic spot is in the center of Beijing. Although the transportation is convenient, there will be traffic jams, so you must reserve time when you come to Prince Gong Mansion. It takes more than two hours to visit it.

I have to praise Teacher Liu's lecture on the Temple of Heaven! He explained patiently and carefully throughout the whole process, provided very considerate service, and designed interesting interactions. The children listened attentively throughout the whole process, gained a lot of useful information, and had a great experience!
Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests Climb up to pray for blessings All wishes will come true It is a magnificent three-layer round hall with three-color glazed tiles on the top, green, yellow and green, representing heaven, earth and all things. It is the only remaining Mingtang-style building in ancient China! Slowly ascending the steps of the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, you will see the distant view from a height and rise step by step. There is also a tree planted by Grandpa Zheng Xiaoping in the Temple of Heaven

Kuru Pavilion is located on the east embankment south of the newly built palace gate of the Summer Palace. It is commonly known as Bafang Pavilion. It was built in Qianlong in 1752 and was rebuilt in Guangxu. It is set against each other in space with the 17-hole bridge and Nanhu Island. The porch is huge, covering an area of more than 130 square meters, with octagonal heavy spires, three floors in the pavilion are supported by 40 columns, there are upside down dumplings, stool dumplings between the pavilion, and low walls around the outside. The pavilion hangs eight blessings of poetry, two of which are the emperor Qianlong in Qianlong 35 and 36 years respectively.
As a royal garden, the Summer Palace has too many places worth seeing. Entering the Summer Palace from the east gate, you will see the Renshou Hall. The dragon, phoenix and unicorn at the entrance of the hall are still guarding there. There is also a longevity stone in front of the Renshou Hall, which is also a witness of history. There is also a vintage car in the Renshou Hall. This Mercedes-Benz car was a gift from the Americans to Cixi on her birthday, but Cixi only sat in it once. Behind the Renshou Hall is the Yulan Hall, which was named by Qianlong and was his study. After reconstruction, it became the bedroom of Emperor Guangxu. After the failure of the Reform Movement of 1898, Cixi was placed under house arrest here. Guangxu was restricted from freedom for ten years. In 1908, the 38-year-old Emperor Guangxu died of a sudden illness. Behind the Yulan Hall is the Yiyun Hall, which is a place for storing books. It was later burned down by the British and French forces. It was rebuilt during the Guangxu period and was the residence of Empress Longyu of Emperor Guangxu. After the Yiyun Hall is the Leshou Hall, which is the residence of Cixi. The interior is very luxurious. After the Leshou Hall is the famous Long Corridor. The long corridor is 700 meters long and has 273 rooms. Walking through the corridor, you will reach the foot of Longevity Hill. You can climb up to the Tower of Buddhist Incense to overlook Kunming Lake, or take a boat tour of Kunming Lake, wander through the Summer Palace in the mountains and rivers, and enjoy the historical and cultural features here.

Mutianyu Great Wall is the only Great Wall I often visit when I live in Beijing. In spring, the mountains are covered with peach and apricot blossoms, which look particularly beautiful. It is not tiring to walk up to the beacon tower below.
Compared with the Badaling Great Wall, there are much fewer people. It is known as the unique beauty of the Great Wall of Mutianyu, and the scenery is indeed very beautiful. If you want to challenge yourself to be a hero, there is a hero slope and hero platform here. You have to climb a nearly 70-degree staircase. I highly recommend trying it. Although your legs will hurt for a long time, as the saying goes, you are here!

The Yingxian Wooden Pagoda (Shakyamuni Pagoda) is the oldest and tallest existing wooden Buddhist pagoda in the world. It was built in the Liao Dynasty and has stood firm for thousands of years. It is a treasure of ancient Chinese architecture. Its pure wooden structure has no nails or rivets, and cleverly uses brackets and mortise and tenon joints to show its amazing earthquake resistance. The majestic shape and exquisite proportions of the five-story and six-eaves combine the Tang style and Liao style, and have both religious solemnity and artistic beauty. The Buddha statues and murals in the pagoda are well preserved, and it is a "living fossil" for studying Liao Dynasty culture. As one of the three most amazing pagodas in the world, it has witnessed the wisdom of Chinese craftsmen and is known as the "Bracket Museum", which is the pinnacle of wooden architecture.
The wisdom of the wooden structure has stood for hundreds of years. I didn't expect that you can go inside the wooden tower to visit. Many swallows fly around, making pleasant chirping sounds. It is definitely worth a visit. It will take more than an hour to visit the main hall behind it.

The hanging temple that I was thinking of finally punched in! The first stop of Shanxi Bank rushed to this "air pavilion", and the queue for 45 minutes was worth the fare! This 1500-year-old "old baby" built on the cliff of Hengshan Mountain, dared to play "suspended" on the cliff during the Northern Wei Dynasty! The Sanjiao Temple is 90 meters away from the ground, stepping on a plank road that is only one person wide, the legs are soft but the eyes can't stop at all! Ming and Qing wooden structure + hemlock cantilever beam, two-thirds inserted into the rock, the ancient wisdom directly seals the gods! The sunken mountain is shielded from the wind and rain, rolling stone? The non-existent ~ follows the flow of people in the "first courtyard and second floor", the caves and halls, the halls and buildings, like playing a real-life version of the maze! Looking up is the cliff, bowing is the abyss, every step on the historical heartbeat Li Bai brushed the wall to write "spectacular" more horizontal, Xu Xiake stamped "the world's great view", I held my mobile phone hand shake to shoot this half wall hall half wall cave magic realism blockbuster! Raiders: direct access, boarding tickets must be grabbed! Limit the current queue but the experience value is full, wear non-slip shoes to be a "flying man in the air"! !
It's worth a visit, but not worth a second visit. There's not much to introduce about the attraction itself, but you can search online for the building's location and the background at the time. There was no sunlight when I was queuing up to climb the building, and it was very cold. I caught a cold, so I had to wear more clothes!
