Dajue Mountain is located in Zixi County, Fuzhou City, in eastern Jiangxi Province, at the western foot of the Wuyi Mountains. Its main peak rises 1,647 meters above sea level. It consists of two distinct areas: the East and West. The East area is a primeval forest tourist area centered around 300,000 mu of virgin forest; the West area is a comprehensive tourist attraction focused on religious culture and canyon rafting.
Despite its towering majesty, Dajue Mountain is generally a low-strenuous climb.
Three key features: aerial cableway, cliff train, and canyon rafting.
Take the cableway up the mountain, then transfer to the cliff train. This unique train, the world's only, travels along the cliff face for a thrilling and breathtaking journey. Admire the lush, majestic mountains, dense primeval forests, and dramatic peaks along the way. It's recommended to sit in the middle back seat of the last carriage for easy photo opportunities. Descending the mountain is possible on foot, passing Dajueyan Temple and returning to the cable car.
Total travel time: 3-4 hours.
If interested, you can also try rafting, which is very exciting and fun.
