Hutou Tourism Scenic Area

Hutou Scenic Area is a national AAAAA-level scenic spot and national forest park. The total area of the scenic area is 250.7 square kilometers, with tourism resources such as Dajiejiang, Dawetland, Daice and Snow, and Great Forest, such as Saibei natural scenery, war sites, historical relics and other tourism resources, and is called the only "non-urban central tourism resource collection area" in Heilongjiang Province by experts. Provincial tourism development zones were established in 1998, opened to the public in 1999, and were awarded 5A-level scenic spots in 2019.



The Ussuri River has two sources, the Ural River in the east and the Songacha River in the west. The Ural River is the main source of the river. After the two sources merge, it flows from south to north through Hulin, Raohe, Fuyuan and other counties (cities), and flows into the Heilongjiang River in Khabarovsk (Blagoveshchensk), Russia. The river is 890 kilometers long, of which 492 kilometers from the mouth of the Songacha River to the mouth of the Heilongjiang River is the Sino-Russian boundary river.



Memorial Park at The End of World War ll

The memorial park was once the site of the Japanese invaders' Hutou Fortress Command. It was also the place where the Soviet Red Army fought the most fiercely, took the longest time to attack the Hutou Fortress, and suffered the most casualties and killed the most Japanese troops. To commemorate the 50 million people who died in the world's anti-fascist struggle, Hulin City has invested 5.6 million yuan to build the memorial park where the Second World War ended since 2009.



Hutou Scenic Area is a 5A-level scenic spot. Located in Hutou Town. Free. Memorial Park for revolutionary historical theme of the nature of the War of Resistance Against Japan. The entire scenic spot is divided into 3 parts: museum, Wusuli Riverside scenery belt, and Memorial Park for the End of the War of Resistance Against Japan. The 3 scenic spots are not far apart, within 1-2 kilometers. The entire scenic spot should be able to be seen in3-4 hours. It is worth seeing. highly recommended.



The Japanese invasion of China Hutou Fortress Site Museum

The Hutou Fortress Museum of the Japanese Invaders preserves the evidence of the Japanese invasion of China. In 1934, in order to build Hutou into a stable frontier and base to resist the Soviet Union, the Japanese invaders drove more than 100,000 workers to spend a full six years to build the Hutou Fortress. The fortress is dozens of kilometers long, with the deepest part reaching more than 70 meters. It is composed of seven mountains, including Menghu Mountain, Hubei Mountain, Hudong Mountain, Huxi Mountain, and Huxiao Mountain. All of them are reinforced concrete structures, with command posts, ammunition depots, power stations, medical clinics, kitchens, toilets and other facilities. Its solidity, completeness and modernization are the best in World War II, and it is known as the "Oriental Maginot Line".


