It's a super secure building with a facial recognition system at the entrance, meaning only those who have rented an apartment can enter.
The apartment itself is quite new, with new and functional furniture!
Depending on the apartment you choose, it may have a smaller or larger bed, but nothing that would be a problem.
The only thing that could be different would be the television in the bedroom and not in the living room.
We usually think the television should be in the living room, but as times have changed, people usually like to watch something while lying in bed, which ends up being much more comfortable, and also the fact that the air conditioning is in the bedroom would make the experience much better!

SShenJessievery pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING.
First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall.
Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip.
Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again.
At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible.
I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo.
Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

MMikhail IumashevThe hotel On Melo Alves pleasantly surprised me from the very first moments of my stay. It’s a modern and very cozy accommodation option located in one of the best areas of São Paulo.
I especially liked the atmosphere — calm, comfortable, and stylish at the same time. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring a contemporary design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room kitchenette, equipped with appliances and utensils, is particularly convenient, especially for longer visits. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained.
The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and Avenida Paulista is within easy walking distance. The neighborhood feels safe and is very pleasant for walking around.
I would also like to highlight the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. You can really feel their attention to guests and their desire to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for convenience, quality, and a great location. I would gladly return again.

GGuest UserHotel is excellent, location is beautiful (near supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, popular A Casa do Porco). In 20-30 minutes walk of the sights (Praça da Sé, Cathedral of Sao Paulo, etc.). Classic gym. Guys on the resepschen are very friendly. Of the shortcomings - there was no fan and the balcony was dirty. Muito obrigada 💚🇧🇷

Fui a São Paulo para uma reunião. Tive que fazer a reserva com data de 20/05 (Check in 15h - mesmo sabendo que não estaria em SP no dia 20/05), senão não conseguiria entrar hoje cedo, 21/05. Entrei no hotel as 7h35 de hoje. Minha reunião foi as 9h25 terminando as 13h30. Minha passagem está marcada para 23h10 de 21/05/24. São 15h40 estou perambulando pelos shoppings por que tive que fazer Check out 9h quando sai para reunião, por que o horario do hotel era até as 11h.
Resumindo paguei uma diária que não dura nem 24h. Pelo menos deveria ser até as 15h.
Nesse caso, para horário de uso, NOTA ZERO.
Funcionarios ótimos. Instalações ótimas.

GGuest UserVery good accomodation, looks exactly like the picture. The room was very clean but the blanket had stains on it. The building lies in a quiet street (for São Paulo), only two minutes walk from Paraiso subway station, there is a pharmacy and a supermarket 30 m from the building and few restaurants around (be aware that these do not open on Sundays, so you have to eat somewhere else or buy food at the supermarket). We did have problems checking in online but got help through their WhatsApp services and it did not take long. The surroundings are safe. We are certainly staying here next time.

DDave travel expertThis motel is hostless it means that you won't see any person who opens the door or checks you in. There is a face recognition camera on the front door that works perfectly. The only disadvantage is steps after the front door. The best thing is that there is a nice coffee shop on the opposite side of the busy road

JJezza for lifeStayed here a few weeks ago and overall it was a decent, comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, felt safe, and the location was great. They were still doing some construction in the hallways, but it wasn’t noisy during the day or at night, so it didn’t affect my sleep. Service downstairs was simple and easy.
The only minor downside is that the entrance/door is a little hard to spot at first, and the windows in my room didn’t shut properly (hopefully that’s part of what they’re fixing as renovations continue). Otherwise, good value for the area.

GGleb ZarnitsynBefore check-in, the hotel sent a self-registration form for each guest. They don't ask for so much personal data even when getting a visa, so we refused.
At the hotel, check-in takes about 2 minutes, after which you receive check-in instructions on WhatsApp. Entering the room using a password on the door is not the most convenient solution. Looking ahead, I will say that on the second day the lock broke down and we could not get into the room for half an hour - the hotel employees were not very interested in helping, but after half an hour they finally helped us (there are always long queues at the reception; apparently everyone has problems)
Now about the room - the room is quite clean, but everything is done very cheaply. The sink is in the room, not in the toilet. All the plumbing is very flimsy. While we were walking to the room - one of the taps in the neighboring room burst and flooded the room. The same thing in the shower. One hook.
There is no kettle, no hair dryer either (you can rent one in the lobby). For 2 nights, no one cleaned our place or replaced the shampoo and soap.
Now about the audibility - it's terrible. You can hear everything - especially from the neighboring rooms with a common wall. Until 1 am, a group of more than 5 people (how is that possible in a small room) were yelling and celebrating something...
There is a microwave and a stove, no complaints there.
The bed is also quite soft and comfortable.
There is a mini market downstairs where you can buy snacks, drinks and other necessary products. It is useful.
