Overall the hotel is good but i think only suitable for business travellers. Their is nothing surrounding and only a small shopping mall there. Not many restaurants but there are some thai food, Japanese food and kebab restaurants

The room is nice and neat with minimal amenities, perfect for a basic and comfortable stay. Note that cups, plates, and cutlery are not provided in the room—you’ll need to go to the reception and leave a deposit if needed. It’s also recommended to bring your own toiletries, as they are not included. The hostel offers useful facilities such as a mini bar, DIY cleaning and laundry area, vending machines, and even a small playground for kids. With affordable prices, it’s a great option for solo travelers, groups, or families. Definitely recommended for travelers on a budget who are staying in Warsaw, especially those planning to explore the city over 3 to 5 days. You can easily rent an e-scooter or electric bike via app to reach the city center quickly—just 8–9 zloty for a 30-minute round trip.

Very nice hotel with large and clean rooms, plus good breakfast in the morning. No other restaurants near by but the one at the hotel is quite nice. Hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport, although it is hard to notice where to wait for it. Trip by taxi would cost around PLN35 or so.

The hotel is only remembering its glorious days. The rooms are grand, but have no more mini bars. The size of the bathroom a bit compensate it. However, the hair dryer can be used only with an open closet doors, giving a feeling like being in a closet and sweating from the heat of the hair dryer. The breakfast is ok, but the surrounding is so shabby, literally asking to have the breakfast fast and leave. The surrounding of the hotel is like in the middle of nowhere. We chose it because of the swimming pool, but at the end used only the gym that was very well equipped. To sum up, next time we would chose rather more updated hotel without a pool than this one that is very shabby in our opinion. Also, we will NOT BOOK via TRIP because we got tricked this time by apparently receiving a special price for our search with all the settings, but that was a TRICK!!! The prize didn’t include breakfast, so at the end we paid a way more than the original offering: paying extra 25 Eur per person x 4. The breakfast is not worth it 25 eur at this hotel. Also, TRIP kind of booked for as the rooms for smokers. Thanks to the reception, they have double checked it with us when we arrived, so we got the non-smoker rooms. Though, they forgot to ask about the breakfast leaving us with the unpleasant moment next morning.

Pick this hotel for the city view and if you’d like to attend the spa. The amenities are pretty old, especially the carpet is like 20 years old. The bath was clogged, the water was not going away but was okay when staying just 1 night . Also, the noise cancellation from the street is really bad — even with ear bugs you can hear the noise from the trams!

A clean B&B, very suitable for friends who travel. The room is simple, the price is not expensive, and it is a very quiet sleeping environment. I like it very much. There is a large supermarket nearby and the transportation is very convenient.

This is very good location if you have early morning flight. Room is big enough, so it was comfortable to sleep and leave at 5 in the morning I’ll stay here again

I stayed at Novotel Warszawa Centrum and was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully the room was arranged. Everything was placed in a way that made moving around easy and intuitive. The furniture and layout felt modern and practical — clearly designed with travelers’ needs in mind. The location is also great — close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!

This hotel is in a great location right in the centre walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants, bars, and public transport to other areas of the city. It is fairly modern with good facilities for a city break or business trip. In places the decor and carpets in corridors were a little tired but the rooms were in nice condition and very clean. I did find the shower annoying as it ran hot and cold intermittently in my room, but not for all of my friends in other rooms. The main road where some rooms face can be noisy but not so much in the middle of the night. It is light road and city noise, not crowd or music noise. I really enjoyed the breakfast and glad I opted for it each morning. The restaurant area is nice and always busy which is a good sign. If you are looking for an English breakfast, this isn't your place, but I enjoyed trying polish breakfast things. There is scrambled egg, sausage, toast, pancakes etc. but there is also things like chickpea salads, olives, smoked fish, and pickles. I'm looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Warsaw.

I liked everything, the service transfer from and to the airport. The breakfast is excellent, the room is small but very cozy. There is a hypermarket across the street.
