Location: City center. Facilities: A bit dated, no air conditioning. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Service: Front desk service was quite good. Summary: Worth recommending.

Our room was quiet at night even though it was facing road and Mt Pilatus. The hotel has a very good sound proof windows installed. Hotel was near a bus stop and journey to main train station was about 20 mins.

Swizerland is one of the few destinations in Europe that one would love to travel agian and agian. And this one could be the best one of the whole Europe, if you don’t take Ritz or Regis for a comparison. 设施：Inner style Same as a typical European middle class latest 5 years villa or house. Never ever choose those which have more 100 years ages apartment like Paris center or Vince Center’s Villa and which cost more than 1500Euro/night. I stayed one night at Capsule Hotel - Lucerne Old Town and had such a comfortable experience. The check-in process was super simple and smooth. I had some trouble opening my locker (twice, actually!), but each time the staff was incredibly kind and patiently helped me without hesitation — their warm attitude really stood out. My capsule was near the main door to the room, so I thought it might be noisy. But even when I was awake, I only noticed the sound of someone entering faintly, and I couldn’t hear anything while I was asleep. The capsules were impressively sound-insulated and felt very private and peaceful — which I know is something many capsule hotel guests care about. The shared kitchen was also easy to use, with a microwave, dishes, pepper, and other basics available — a nice bonus for a short stay. One small note: the power outlet inside the capsule is a Type C only, so be sure to bring the right adapter if you need one. The space was clean, modern, and felt very safe. I would absolutely stay again if I return to Lucerne. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This Hotel seriously surprised us for a Boutique Hotel. The moment we walked in we were greeted with a very high quality service and great explanation of the hotel and the city. We were also given city WiFi and public transportation pass courtesy of the Hotel which came in really handy during our stay! The breakfast buffet was very good also. I will defiantly come to this hotel again!

I booked a deluxe suite with an open kitchen including electrical stove, small refrigerator, dishwasher which were the reason I booked it. We cooked every dinner during our 5 nights stay. The living is very spacious in comparison to the suite I booked in Zermatt and Grindelwald. My suite is in top floor had a decent bedroom, living roon, kitchen and bathroom. The is new renovated and in modern plus simple design. I loved it and highly recommend to the family want to cook. The breakfast was good but not many choices and changes. This hotel doesn't have any pool or gym. However, it just 2 minutes walking from Luzern train station and bus stops. Coops and shopping malls are nearby. Everything is convenient there. City walk to the landmarks and pier for Luzern lake cruise are all walking distance. The only downside is the noise from the roof top's bar during midnight. But I didn't complain as I were too tired after a long day outing.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and is incredibly clean and comfortable. It offers exceptional value for money and was definitely the most comfortable hotel of our entire trip. Breakfast was just okay, so you might prefer to eat out. It's also very close to the train station.

Highly recommended! The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to Lucerne train station and all the major attractions, with a bus stop right outside. I absolutely loved the hotel's decor. The room was very spacious, and they provided a full range of amenities including shower caps, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel. (Toothbrushes and toothpaste, however, need to be requested from the front desk.) Plus, there were complimentary snacks and drinks specially prepared for guests! The hotel breakfast was delicious, and if you're not keen on the buffet, they also offer an à la carte menu. Additionally, the hotel also boasts exceptionally delicious Chinese cuisine (though be warned, it's quite expensive). The hotel is right by Lake Lucerne, and it's truly idyllic to just sit on the balcony, feel the breeze, and enjoy a drink when you have some downtime. 😌 Overall, this is easily the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Switzerland. The only drawback? It's a bit pricey, haha!

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The best 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Has Refurbished rooms. There is plenty of well trained staff to serve you. Centrally located and only 1/2 block to the main train station. It’s easy to bring your luggage to the station so you can go to your next city. The train station also has many food vendors and a couple of markets to buy sandwiches and salads and baked goods.

Facilities: This hotel is a chain hotel, and the facilities are the same and very complete. The hotel is located at the rest stop on the highway, so more people use it to rest on the highway. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean and tidy. Environment: The surrounding environment is good, because it is on the highway, so it is relatively good, because there are some children's playgrounds and supermarkets. Service: The service is good, and the breakfast is also good.
