The location is good as it is near the railway station, supermarket, and restaurants. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is good. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful when it is snowing.

Check-in was smooth. Although it was self-service check-in, there was no problem. The hotel was very warm and thoughtful in details. Coffee and snacks were provided on each floor. The breakfast was really a surprise. It was beautiful and delicious. There was only one waiter but he was very enthusiastic. He would greet you and was very kind.

Room Environment: Excellent, you can see the beautiful view while lying on the bed, the balcony is super big. The chocolate honey 🍯 is delicious. There is also a concert 🎼. I will stay here again!

Simple but nice. Located close to the train station. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast was good.

Booked for management team for business trip. Should be near to business district. No complain so assume it’s good.

The hotel is located just opposite the train station with (ski) bus stop. Luckily the hotel has sound proof windows. Very stylish renovated hotel, keeping the old heritage. The room was small but comfy with nice view. The hotel parking is 15.- per night, what is okay. The management has chosen to implement 2G rule (German shortening for vaccinated/recovered), although according Federal Covid-19 ordinance, this only applies for hotel’s restaurant/bar. This should be more clear stated on the booking site.

Everything was satisfying, staff are friendly, the view from every angle was soooo majestic. They gave you chocolate as a welcoming gift, awaiting on the bed.I love the welcoming wish written on the mirror.

Near the train station, convenient transportation. The early variety is rich and the clerk is good. Convenient to Titlis Mountain, Lucerne 45 minutes drive. The room was clean and pleasant. But the price is not cheap.

The best hotel of choice! If going to mt titlis,staying here is a must. Swiss charm is 100% wake up in the alps, 360 degrees. Breakfast amazing. Host is great and accomodating. Got the best sleep. Comfy beds. Perfect!

The room is about 7 minutes walk from Engelberg Railway Station. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain and has about 120 meters uphill. The room decoration is quite satisfactory, not new or old. There is no problem with hygiene. A kettle can be provided, praise. There are no scrambled eggs and beans for breakfast, and there are bread juice milk. In short, because the town of Engelberg is too beautiful, this price is definitely a great value for a night here.
