Nice clean hotel across from a nice beach for surfing. I was initially disappointed to find the hotel was across a very busy road from the beach, but the hotel itself is quiet and the rooftop in the morning was a great way to take in the sunset. I might not book here again because of the busy road but the hotel is nice.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. One of the highlights is watching the sunrise from the hotel’s rooftop, which is a significant advantage. They offer a simple breakfast for those who prefer not to spend time deciding what to eat in the morning. However, if you don’t have a car, the walk from the train station to the hotel can be a bit tiring. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or rely on the bus service, which runs every two or three hours. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice if you want to spend some time in Jeongdongjin and enjoy the sea.

The hotel is located right next to a busy street with a bit of sea view. A popular seafood market is in a walkable distance. The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

If you are looking for an easy sunrise experience, this hotel is for you! You can set the alarm, then open the curtain. Once the alarm goes off, open your eyes and there you go! Sun is rising in front of your eyes! My happiness was beyond words. The beach, the sauna, the vibe was all fantastic!

The room is nice and clean. We enjoy the warm floor and the reception staff speaks very good English. The hotel has children play area, and the 7-11 is just right at B2. We even doesnt need to go out for buying ice cream. The car parking is free. They have enough sign to show the parking area. Just one point was not much appreciate. Our room door was got someone opened at the mid-night without ring the bell. A person(not sure is male or female) came in and got out. This made me awake and couldnt fall to sleep again. This didnt awake our baby luckily. Obviously the person was a staff, and got a key card to open the door. We reported to the reception when we check out in the morning. However, the staff couldnt tell the reason. We could only give a reminder about checking the cctv, and this affected our experience well.

Advantages Conveniently situated Generously sized accommodations Impressive amenities Perfect for family trips, this place offers all the amenities you need, just like an Airbnb. You'll find a cooker, pots and pans and cutlery readily available. Conveniently located near a variety of dining options Drawbacks The staff had limited English proficiency, making communication quite challenging. Upon our early arrival at around 11am, we found the reception area to be deserted. Along with other guests, we were left waiting at the counter, unsure of what to do. Finally, around 1pm, a receptionist appeared. However, rather than simply informing us that check-in was only possible after two, they made each guest wait in queue to deliver the same message. Upon returning to the reception at 2, we were informed that we had to wait an additional hour. This experience was quite unprofessional and made it challenging to enjoy other activities

I recently stayed at Ramada Hotel and found it very convenient, especially with the free shuttle service provided. The shuttle runs from Jinbu Station to the hotel, as well as from the hotel to Yongpyong and Alpensia Ski Resorts. Just make sure to check the shuttle schedule in advance —it's available on their website or at the reception counter. The breakfast selection was decent. What I loved most was the convenience of the in-house ski rental shop. We could pick up our ski equipment and suits early and have it ready in our room, making it super easy to head straight to the ski resort the next day. One area for improvement would be promoting other attractions in Pyeongchang, such as ice sculpture shows (if available) or other unique activities, to make the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The location is disappointing, but it is a friendly, clean, and appropriate place😊 You can see the sea far away from the accommodation. I wasn't expecting breakfast after reading other reviews, but I was surprised at how good it was. Good convenience store on the first floor. There are no restaurants nearby, but I recommend the beef and chicken restaurant.

Great location and very comfortable! The hotel staff have created a warm and welcoming environment with lots of cozy zones inside. Beautiful walking track around the lake out back. The only minor gripe I had was that the breakfast was mediocre and it got boring having the same spread every day, down to the types of fruit and drinks served. Staying at the hotel also ensures you get 30% off the ski lift and gear rental which was an added plus!

GGuest UserGood experience with Legoland Resort Hotel! The location is very close to the Legoland Park. Many facilities within the hotel, but nothing to play in the legoland in winter. Most of the games was closed. Hopefully we can spend a whole day in the hotel.

AanonxStaff greeted warmly, was able to check in slightly earlier even if it was 30mins early. Room was relatively clean and bed is comfortable, the view was astounding. It was worth the price I paid for! (Glad to come across the discounted prices) There's BHC chicken, minimart and CU convenience store too, also other restaurants. Should you prefer another convenience store, there is a e-mart next to the hotel and a lot of the raw fish restaurants down the road. Though quite of a distance from the downtown city, taxi fares are relatively affordable. Great experience! Nevertheless will definitely come back to stay again if opportunity arises.

GGuest UserRooms were pleasant, everything functioning nicely. Hotel is comfortable and reasonably well-organised. Around the resort there are places where poor signage and language difficulties may give pause for non-Korean-speaking travellers, but it's nothing that a smartphone and a little persistence can't overcome. Free shuttle buses to the close-by ski hill and two local towns are frequent enough. Staff are kind, considerate and helpful. Food on the mountain is basic but perfectly fine. Unless you are coming for the casino specifically I wouldn't recommend the hotel in general. All facilities require extra charges and are cynically overpriced to rob more money from the punters, whose tinted-window executive cars arrive in droves. The less said about the buffet at the Grand Table the better. There is something very soulless about the High1 resort in general, and the strong corporate vibes give the place an eerie quality. The skiing is not so bad, although experienced riders will get bored after 2 or 3 days, unless a rare snowfall increases the fun. That said, the resort's snow-making abilities are quite impressive. If you are someone who gets irritated by poor piste etiquette, don't come here. At any given time half of the riders will be in the process of falling over, will have already fallen over, or will be chatting sat in the middle of the fairway. Try not to imagine anything in the way of apres-ski. As a solo traveller bored of watching the casino donkeys shift about the hotel, I went searching in the local towns for a bar. It was a depressing failure. I read the resort was intended to bring money to the depressed mining towns of Sabuk and Gohan, but seemingly it has turned these places into a succession of garishly presented empty restaurants and ”Thai massage” joints, the latter being a favourite of the aforementioned tinted-window crowd.

GGuest UserLocation is excellent if u plan to visit seoraksan. However, it is some distance from town. Hence there are no convenience stores or eateries around. Front counters were vert friendly and helpful. However, room maker up was quite sloppished. In fact, properly the worst I had experienced. Nonetheless, as we are not so particular and we were dead beat after hike each day, we were least concern to see room was still relatively messy n bed was not properly made (I made better beds at home).

하물개This seems like the best hotel in Gangwon-do; the ocean view pool was large and nice, and they upgraded me to a premier twin, so I could see the ocean from the terrace, the bathtub, and everywhere, which made me feel great throughout my stay! The staff were all friendly, and there were a lot of facilities, so I'm going to bring my parents next time~~ I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserSince it was a suite, the bathtub was really nice and the interior was nice, but other than that, the location was a bit disappointing since there are a lot of motels around. And the bedding was nice, but it was a bit dusty, which I guess can't be helped. I guess I'll have to bring a duster with me. But other than that, the hotel itself was fine, so I had a good rest.

AAThe service surpasses our expectations. The staff are polite, efficient, and always ready to help. Special credit goes to General Manager Hong who speaks good English and would always walk an extra mile to give us assistance. The environment is commendable. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a chic design. The room is brightly lit and spacious. We appreciate the practical design, such as power points conveniently equipped right in front of the working table. We like the cozy meeting area on G/F where we can gather for a chat and savor a cup of complimentary tea or coffee. Besides, we recommend the Italian restaurant, Brother & Brother, on the 9/F. The menu mainly offers pizza, pasta and risotto. Breakfast, which must be booked in advance, include orange juice, coffee, cereal and a sumptuous sandwich fully packed with healthful vegetables, egg, ham and cheese. Anyway, the food is delicious, sometimes with a Korean twist. It is good value for money. The restaurant also has a good view overlooking the mountains and the wind turbines from afar. Overall, we are very satisfied with The HongC Hotel. The stay was pleasant and happy.
