When I go to BH I always stay at Nobile Inn Pampulha. It's close to everything I need and the accommodation is in line with the purpose of my trip. In my case, the cost-benefit ratio is perfect!

The hotel is very well located and the service of people is very good, very pleasant.The room was also good, very spacious and with a beautiful view of the English lake. The bathroom needs to be improved, because the door was not open, always closed, and the quality of towels is not consistent with the value of the daily charged.

New hotel, clean, good accommodation, well next to the airport.
But the morning is a bad breakfast, no variety.
There were only two kinds of fruit, mammon and melon, and there was no salt bread, the only option was shaped bread, egg, and cake, that every day.
The restaurant's cardapio was also unsorted, and the days we decided to dine there were not making cardapio sandwiches, just soup, for a hotel of this door and this price, they left much to desire.

It's the second time we're hosting the hotel.I recommend to all.I'm very well located for anyone who will walk in the city of Baron de Cocaís or the surrounding towns. Supermarket in the corner with a variety, excellent staff who meet us with a smile on our face and ready to help us what we need. Clean without reason for complaints. Everything extremely clean and organised.

I chose this hotel because it was a business trip and it was the closest to the commitment I had, but it is ”isolated” and is not close to the center of BH.
The towels were clean, but they had a different and strange smell: the cover was excellent and the air worked super well, but there were tracks of travel bags rod in the white walls which I consider a bad pro room look.
He was very dark, and as he was in a high floor, he had no noise, the fridge was working well and was very useful.
I was expecting more of breakfast, basically with bread and few fruit and juice options.
I was mad by the cheese bread, but it was cold, and the lucky is that the coffee starts early at 6:00, so for those who have a good deal.
Finally, it was true for me because it was only a day-to-day and it was a business trip.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, super clean and quiet!! All staff are very educated and attentive.
The breakfast is wonderful, traditional mining coffee and all the buffet is super fresh and delicious!!
The hotel has a Japanese restaurant in the delicious ground, too helpful to not have to get out.
I only have praises for this hotel!! Thank you very much!!!!

I went with two friends to walk around the city and took the opportunity to visit the hippie market. It is on the street of the hotel. You just have to get off and walk there. It was great!!!! The hotel is in a perfect location.
After checking out, I asked them to store my backpack and those of other friends who were with me at the reception, since we would still be in the city for the whole afternoon and our trip would only be at night. The receptionist promptly helped us and kindly stored our luggage until 10 pm. When we returned, they even made the bathroom in the cafeteria available for us to use, if necessary!
Anyway, I would like to praise the entire staff and the hotel structure, which was truly excellent in every aspect.
In addition to all the comfort and location, the excellent service certainly made all the difference in our stay.

GGuest UserMax Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

GGuest UserI have been in this hotel several times and this time I haven't enjoyed the experience, because it has a lot of rotation, and quality is falling. The dressers were sweating, the towels were not soft, the bed had already lost the stick, and both the toilet and the bathroom were half-intoxicated, and there was no air conditioning control in the room. Despite this, the team is very kind and efficient, and unfortunately, even with excellent location and good price, I don't think it justifies staying there again.

DDrumondI went there on Valentine's Day and found that the whole hotel is in order, especially on such anniversaries. Very cost-effective and worth it! The rich and varied breakfast makes the daily price more valuable. The room is also very nice. I just missed a heated swimming pool because the pool area is cool, but it is impossible to get in, it's too cold! For BH hotels, heating will be a big difference.

GGuest UserI was on business trip to Belo Horizonte and my customer recommended this Hotel Mercure Belo Horizonte Vila da Serra. The hotel room is nice and comfortable. The staff are all friendly. The breakfast is reasonably good. Would strongly recommend business travellers to consider this hotel if destination is not very far away from this hotel.

GGernieGood value for money. Very thin walls, though. The child on the other side could be heard screaming all the time. The room had the charm of a youth hostel dormitory. Breakfast was average but OK. I would have expected a bit more from a Hilton Garden Inn.
