It was great! The price was reasonable, and the car was okay, even though it looked like an older model. It handled curves, mountains, and snow without any problems. We booked for 5 days and had no issues. Picking up and returning the car was quick and hassle-free. It seems the service is run by Chinese people, and they were very nice. If you're going to rent a car, I recommend renting an ETC (Electronic Transfer Card) as well; it's very convenient and you can pay them later.

This time, I traveled to Tokyo with my wife, children, and parents. I rented a Toyota Alpha. The owner speaks Chinese and was incredibly polite and courteous. He personally helped with our luggage when getting in and out of the car. I give the car's exterior, interior, and performance a very high five stars. The owner is clearly dedicated to running the company. What surprised me most was that, even though I anticipated returning the car late on the last day, the owner didn't charge me any extra fees, which made me feel quite embarrassed. I sincerely recommend this company to everyone who needs a vehicle! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Note: The car came with an ETC card, so I only paid for the amount I used, with an additional 500 yen machine fee. The remaining toll fees were paid by swiping the card when I returned the car, which was very convenient. The car was fully fueled when I picked it up, and there was an ENEOS gas station about 800 meters away from the return location where I could fill up, which was also very convenient.

Picking up and returning the car at Haneda Airport was very convenient; Times provides shuttle service between the airport and the service center. I had a great experience renting a Toyota Roomy for one day from this car rental company. The check-in and check-out process was completely stress-free and very efficient. The car was spotlessly clean and drove smoothly, making the whole trip comfortable and enjoyable.
They charge a reasonable 500 yen fee for the ETC card, and I really appreciated the transparency — I was given a clear and detailed list of all toll charges, so there were no surprises at all.
The shop is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and they also provide a free airport transfer, which I found extremely convenient.
Thank you very much for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this car rental company and would happily use them again!

This is a Chinese-owned shop, and it's quite large. It's comparable to Japanese companies!
I suggest the owner offer convertibles like the MX5 or Boxster, or even an 86 or BRZ. A 370Z or GTR would also be nice. Taiwanese people love fun cars! The full insurance is comprehensive, making it very reassuring to drive!
Having Mandarin-speaking staff is so convenient. One of the staff, Mr. Huang (Xiao Huang), is Taiwanese. He's incredibly friendly!

AMB Rental Car, thank you for arranging this trip! It allowed me to give my wife a happy and enjoyable birthday trip! Although the car isn't the latest model, it was kept very new and clean inside and out. The car was well-maintained and very comfortable to drive! I was pleasantly surprised by its handling. The fuel efficiency was also beyond my expectations. Regarding customer service, the Chinese and English-speaking staff made me feel welcome. They responded quickly to all my questions and made arrangements according to my expectations. I give this company and vehicle a perfect 10/10.
