The rental car was located in the domestic airport parking lot, making it very convenient to pick up and return it! In addition, the counter staff were polite and responsive, which made picking up the car a breeze.

The car pick-up process was quick, the car was in excellent condition, clean and tidy, and drove without any problems. Returning the car was also convenient and fast, and the staff were very helpful. Highly recommended!

The vehicle has been upgraded; it's practically new, with only about 6,000 kilometers on it. When returning the car on the Gold Coast, you need to enter the parking lot first. If the car hasn't been damaged in any collisions or scratches, simply hand it over to the staff and you can leave.

Experience to pick up car was all good and easy including the return as well. But at the time of car pick up, I was only told the car was changed to a Kia Sportage where I’ve initially booked the Mazda CX5 although both car models are similar. Will appreciate if a change of car model being booked can be communicated ahead to customer prior to the pick up of the rental car. Otherwise, a good experience overall.

Mazda CX-3
The car was almost brand new. It even had a HUD! The only two issues were: 1. EURO's rental space was the furthest away, and the parking lot was one-way, which wasn't very convenient with elderly people; 2. Trips' map wasn't updated, and there were no longer rental counters in the terminal; they had all been moved to the parking lot.
