Car is big & clean. But I notics the car was not serviced for more than 250 days (when you start the car it will show). The braking is not so good as it either to slow braking or too hard braking. Must really take note of the braking distance when you are driving.
So far collection & returning of car is very smooth. The staff will walk through the car & check on the car on the spot.
Will rent from Hertz again if I go to KL in 2026.

I had a very good experience renting a Perodua Axia from R&R Rent a Car during my trip with friends. From start to finish, the whole rental process was smooth, simple, and stress-free, which made our trip much more enjoyable.
First of all, the pickup process was very easy. The staff from R&R Rent a Car were friendly, responsive, and professional. They explained everything clearly, including the rental terms and return instructions. There was no confusion, and the handover was quick without unnecessary delays. This really helped us save time and start our journey comfortably.
The condition of the Axia was better than expected. The car was clean inside and outside, well-maintained, and ready to drive. The engine ran smoothly, the brakes were good, and the air-conditioning was cold, which is very important, especially when traveling with friends in hot weather. Even though the Axia is a compact car, it was comfortable enough for city driving and short trips.
