The car was used safely without any accidents, and I returned it with a smile on my face without any arguments with the staff. The car was also in good condition. Car was clean and well maintained. Service was friendly and helpful. Pick-up & Drop-off at Taichung Airport, however, was more convoluted than with other car rental companies since they don’t have staff on site and the car is parked outside of the airport. Communication with staff is through WhatsApp. Should plan for at least 30 mins each time to complete the process.

I recently rented an SUV for my trip from Sun Moon Lake to Hualien via the cross-island highway, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was nearly new, spotless, and performed perfectly during the long, winding drive. It felt safe, powerful, and comfortable. Although the drop-off point was a bit far from Hualien Airport, the quality of service more than made up for the extra distance. The staff were professional and efficient from start to finish. Overall, it was an excellent rental experience.
