They were friendly and not fussy. - Upon receiving the car, there's a deposit and a toll card charge (ETC). - We paid 32,000 yen. When returning the car, they ask you to fill the tank with gas. You can ask the staff for the gas station location before returning the car. They will then inspect the car for damage and the toll charges, and refund the money via PayPal (with a small transaction fee). Overall, it was okay, but the interior wasn't very clean. - I'm deducting points for the window tinting. Our car didn't have tinted windows, so it was extremely hot.
