I booked for the Toyota Yaris 1.2 but The first car Suzuki they tried to give me is really low model and grade. Then I Ask for the car that I booked and I got it. It’s a really nice car. The stuff from the office is just acting friendly but actually not friendly and they are very rude. I booked a car for Toyota Yaris but they tried to give me Suzuki. It’s same engine power 1200 but different model, year , grade and brand. So I tell them I don’t want to take that Suzuki and they said bad words in Thai Language. I stayed In Thailand for a long time so I understand exactly what they said in their language.

Picking up the car was convenient, but returning it was incredibly fast – Bangkok's roads are amazing! Driving from the hotel across the street to the airport parking lot, which is only 2 kilometers, took me 30 minutes. The road conditions are so complicated! However, the car rental service was excellent, and picking up and returning the car was a smooth experience.

Well, the rental price do reflect the condition and age of the car you will receive. I paid a low price around 900 baht a day. I gotten a Suzuki Ciaz that works fine for a normal drive. Comfort is not really there but can’t complain much for the low pricing. Service was good. They explain the do’s and donts. Return car was easy too.

This rental was a complete failure for the price paid, over 1,200 baht per day. The car had a torn front passenger seat that couldn't be adjusted – it was totally not worth it. And that's not even including the 300+ baht/day insurance fee! 🥹 Next time, I'll book directly through Hertz or Sixt; you'll get much better condition cars.

Super easy to pick-up and drop-off, so no issues there. The car was rather old though and heavily dented. Also... the battery cables were loose, so that made it for a "fun" drive where the car would fail to start occasionally until I fiddled with the cables. All in all not a bad experience, just a bit less than what you'd expect from Avis worldwide.
