Good communication but the location needs some driving skills to get out. Even you have trip.com insurance, they will aso tell u to upgrade their only. So please double check the trip.com covers. For me I have covered insurance so I do not use the company one

The car was a different model than the one I rented, and it had numerous scratches and a shattered taillight from a collision. The biggest problem was the lack of a dashcam, which would make it extremely difficult to explain in case of an accident.

We booked a Daihatsu mini car, and the owner upgraded us to a Toyota Aqua hybrid for free, which was great to drive and very fuel-efficient – thank you so much! The car was very well maintained, in excellent condition, and easy to drive. Before picking it up, the owner carefully inspected the car with us, noting any damage. Returning the car was also quick. You can contact them via Line after booking, and airport pick-up and drop-off were fast and reassuring. We would definitely consider renting from them again next time.
