The car was in good condition and clean. It was suitable for traveling with children and elderly people, and car seats were available for rent. The pick-up location was not far from the airport, and return could be done in Nagoya city center. However, they were very punctual; we arrived early and had to wait a long time, which was a problem. We needed to check our own schedule beforehand to ensure we were ready by the scheduled time.
