The car that I’ve reserved was not available, so Europcar gave me another one which was better and more spacious as there were 5 of us. The condition of the car was really good, all cleaned up before handing me the key. Moreover, it was a smooth procedure when handling the paperwork before getting the car. Last but not the least, the staff in Europcar were very friendly and helpful.

However, while the Android Auto connection was on the walk, the connection was cut off many times and the navigation was not available, and it was very frustrated. The car matched the description and was in excellent condition. However, I really recommend taking a video and lots of photos when picking up the car because a defect was not mentioned on the summary and thanks to the video we were able to prove that it was already present beforehand.
