Encountered 3 Avis staffs at Sydney airport- 2 of them were great and another lady was RUDE. The first staff I encountered was (I believe) a Vietnamese lady- I needed to borrow a phone and she agreed without hesitation! Extremely helpful even though I wasn’t booking any rental car with them at first. The second staff I encountered was a Caucasian lady- absolutely rude, racist, and disgusting behavior. And of course, I called Avis hotline to file a complaint against her. The third staff I encountered was a Bangladeshi guy. Very helpful and friendly. He saw that we were traveling as a family (of 6) with many suitcases, so he upgraded us from the Kia Carnival to a Hyundai Starex, at no cost! Pick up and drop off were very convenient!
