If this is the case, you may not receive a refund.

Once you've picked up your car, you won’t be able to cancel the booking. If you don’t pick up your car on time (i.e. "no-show"), you won't be able to cancel the booking either.

  Sorry, you cannot modify any car rental bookings. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be changed online. You can try to cancel and rebook for your desired pick-up and drop-off times, or contact the car rental supplier for help.
