When I picked up the car, the staff was friendly and prompt. It was different from rental car offices in the UK and other European countries in many ways, which I liked. I had to deposit 700 euros, but usually, deposits like that don't get processed as unpaid until a long time after returning the car. The next day, the credit card company processed a no-payment. Croatian people seem to be very cool. The car was also an automatic continuous car for 10 days at a low price of 190,000 won. Isn't that amazing? I'm grateful to Trip.com for providing me with the benefit of renting through a flight connection.

Good experience with Alamo/ Enterprise car rental with Benussi as their operator. The counter was helpful and gave all the necessary info. Returning was easy too at Zagreb. Definitely one of the better experiences with car rental. No hard selling too.

This time we were returning the car internationally, picking it up at the Croatian airport and returning it at Sarajevo Airport. The service provided by Enterprise was good, and it was about a 40-minute drive to our residence. Our tire exploded, and we called the company's hotline before someone answered the phone. After two or three attempts of communication, a tow truck finally came to pick us up, and we switched to another car to continue our journey. Of course, we had purchased full insurance, so we didn't have to negotiate compensation, which saved us time.

Navigation doesn't work directly and requires integration with a smartphone app, but there's no cable included. (There's also no phone stand.) I had some initial difficulties, but overall, I'm satisfied with the service. (To use Google Maps or other apps, you'll need a Type-C to Type-C cable. Buy one urgently.)
