The car handover was very convenient; it was done in the parking lot opposite the airport, and the paperwork was completed in less than ten minutes. The car was in very good condition, with only a few scratches on the exterior, but the interior was quite new and clean. The GPS on the doors only works with iPhones, so I had to use Google Maps on my phone to drive and find my way. That's one of the few drawbacks! Returning the car was also very simple and took less than five minutes!

My car rental experience in Fukuoka was fantastic! The vehicle was in excellent condition, both the interior and exterior were spotless. Although not the latest model, its performance was reliable and the driving experience comfortable, perfectly meeting my travel needs. I specifically ordered snow tires, which provided a great sense of security whether driving in the city or on short trips, and the anti-slip performance was very reliable. Fukuoka's city streets are quite narrow, and I accidentally scratched the car a little. After contacting the staff, they responded very promptly, were very friendly and patient, and handled the issue efficiently without any cumbersome procedures. Overall, the service was thoughtful and reliable. I highly recommend this car rental company to anyone traveling to Fukuoka!

The car rental process was very convenient. A car picked us up from Fukuoka Airport and took us to the nearest branch. We could return the car to a different branch; we chose to return it near our accommodation. The staff at the airport branch spoke good English, but the staff at the Hakata branch spoke less English. We rented a Toyota Sienta for 5 people and had three 24-inch suitcases and one 29-inch suitcase.
