The car was in excellent condition! Two employees from AMB car rental company greeted us warmly upon pickup. The entire rental process was seamless; helpful information was sent via a WhatsApp group before departure, and they explained everything meticulously upon pickup. For the following days, I could ask questions in Chinese through the group and received prompt replies. Finally, I returned the car smoothly. I'm very grateful that my Nagoya trip ended in such a joyful atmosphere. I look forward to my next trip, and I will definitely choose AMB again next time! 😍

I was initially a little hesitant to order a BRZ with snow tires on Trip, as it's not a mainstream choice. However, the prompt replies and explanations from customer service gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thank you to the handsome Mr. Lu for his service. I was very excited to see the car after landing. Just a heads up, this BRZ can only fit two 28-inch suitcases and one carry-on suitcase. It's small, but it looks great! I've had a few self-driving experiences in Japan before, but this was my first time experiencing a two-door sports car with rear-wheel drive and snow tires. The scenery along the way to Shirakawa-go and the Shin-Hotaka Ropeway was breathtaking for my wife and me. The BRZ's chassis tuning and anti-skid system gave me a lot of confidence while driving. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip. Thank you again to the staff at AMB Car Rental for their service.

Thank you for your patience due to the flight delay. We picked up and dropped off the car directly at the airport. The entire process was conducted in Chinese, which was very reassuring and convenient. Although it involved a 10-minute walk, there were signs. After completing the return process, thank you to the staff for driving us to Terminal 1. 4WD snow tires are essential for winter, and the Subaru Outback offers excellent safety, ensuring a pleasant journey. The heated seats and steering wheel were fantastic. Booking a car too late was a good option, and this rental was more cost-effective compared to other rental options. I recommend it. Multi-person driving is free/phone holder is free/GPS is only in Japanese but can connect via Bluetooth for Google Maps navigation. Snow tires are 2000 yen per day/ETC is 300 yen per day. The pricing is reasonable.
