The car was in pristine condition, and pickup and return were very convenient. This rental service met my expectations. Before departing from Taiwan, I followed the email instructions to join the rental company's WhatsApp account. After landing and collecting my luggage, I took a photo of the car at the 98th floor and sent it to them. The company then sent me the license plate and model of the car to pick me up. Upon arrival, a Chinese-speaking staff member met us at the rental company. They took photos and videos of the car's condition, then went inside to inquire about insurance and ETC. They explained the relevant benefits and clauses to avoid disputes, and provided photos for us to take with us. When returning the car, we filled up the tank nearby and returned it with the receipt. After paying the tolls and inspecting the car, the car that would take us to the airport arrived early. This rental experience was very positive, thanks to the Chinese-speaking staff.

Although the website pictures suggested a Toyota Yaris, the actual rental was a Susukino Solio. The car was in very new condition (just over 7,000 miles), a hybrid model with excellent fuel efficiency, and a spacious interior, making it comfortable to drive. The only issue was that when I arrived to rent the ETC, after providing the attendant with my itinerary, they charged me 7,700 yen for top-up (many people online say the actual usage fee should be charged upon return). When I returned the car, the voice control system indicated I still had 2,000 yen remaining. When I asked the counter attendant, they said it was non-refundable. This was a minor flaw, and I'd appreciate any improvement.
