The car was practically new (Daihatsu Thor), with only 8,000+ kilometers on the odometer. It was perfect for three people, easy to drive, comfortable, and fuel-efficient. The rental price was good, they were easy to contact, no deposit required, and responded quickly. I'll definitely use them again on my next trip to Hokkaido.

Very convenient pickup point at North Sapporo Station, just 15 minutes walkstraight line from Sapporo Station. We took basic insurance from Trip.com and full protection from Alamo which I feel is more convenient because the full protection from Trip was under "Pay and claim" policy. We booked Toyota Cross and got Subaru XV Hybrid, which was a surprise with its low fuel consumption and powerful handling. The reception was very friendly and guide us through the whole collection and return process. Overall is a true 5 star experience.
