I originally ordered a Honda Freed hybrid, but the dealership said it had a problem and I needed to switch to another model. I waited almost an hour longer to pick it up, and they replaced it with a Toyota Sienta hybrid. It works perfectly fine and is quite fuel-efficient. With four people plus two large and three small suitcases, the interior space is more than enough. We drove from Ueno to the Mt. Fuji Five Lakes and Oshino Hakkai for two days, and the fuel cost was cheaper than the toll fees.

It was a great experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The location is very convenient, right next to Ueno Station, and the car pickup process was easy and hassle-free.
I booked a Honda Fit, but received a Suzuki Swift instead, which was totally fine. The car was in very good condition. Overall, I was very impressed. The price was reasonable, and if I have the opportunity, I will definitely use the service again.

It was great! The price was reasonable, and the car was okay, even though it looked like an older model. It handled curves, mountains, and snow without any problems. We booked for 5 days and had no issues. Picking up and returning the car was quick and hassle-free. It seems the service is run by Chinese people, and they were very nice. If you're going to rent a car, I recommend renting an ETC (Electronic Transfer Card) as well; it's very convenient and you can pay them later.

This time, I traveled to Tokyo with my wife, children, and parents. I rented a Toyota Alpha. The owner speaks Chinese and was incredibly polite and courteous. He personally helped with our luggage when getting in and out of the car. I give the car's exterior, interior, and performance a very high five stars. The owner is clearly dedicated to running the company. What surprised me most was that, even though I anticipated returning the car late on the last day, the owner didn't charge me any extra fees, which made me feel quite embarrassed. I sincerely recommend this company to everyone who needs a vehicle! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Note: The car came with an ETC card, so I only paid for the amount I used, with an additional 500 yen machine fee. The remaining toll fees were paid by swiping the card when I returned the car, which was very convenient. The car was fully fueled when I picked it up, and there was an ENEOS gas station about 800 meters away from the return location where I could fill up, which was also very convenient.

The car was in excellent condition, a Toyota Aqua Hybrid, extremely fuel-efficient. The interior was clean, and an ETC card for toll roads was provided in the car. The engine was powerful; it handled trips to Fujinomiya and Kawaguchiko without any problems. The staff didn't ask for a credit card for car insurance and spoke excellent English, communicating clearly. The pick-up and drop-off location was in front of Ueno Station. The price was very reasonable; a round trip of over 400 km, including fuel, cost less than 500 Thai baht. I highly recommend it. I give it a 10/10.
