The car I booked didn't have all 6 seats, so the company immediately provided a replacement. Although I had to wait longer than usual and the car wasn't cleaned yet, it was excellent. The pick-up and drop-off process was hassle-free. I recommend this company.

Honda Freed
I originally ordered a Honda Freed hybrid, but the dealership said it had a problem and I needed to switch to another model. I waited almost an hour longer to pick it up, and they replaced it with a Toyota Sienta hybrid. It works perfectly fine and is quite fuel-efficient. With four people plus two large and three small suitcases, the interior space is more than enough. We drove from Ueno to the Mt. Fuji Five Lakes and Oshino Hakkai for two days, and the fuel cost was cheaper than the toll fees.

I'd give it 50 stars! The price is incredibly cheap compared to Toyota and Nissan, the big names in the industry. I drove from Tokyo to Fuji/Kawagoe, parked the car there for two days, traveled by subway, and then drove back to the airport. It was still cheaper than returning a car at a different location with Toyota. At first, I was a little worried about the quality, but it turned out to be similar to Toyota Rent a Car but much cheaper. There are no hidden fees. Next time I'll definitely use BEKOBE. And I'm not a paid promoter.
