Satisfied with the rental service and reasonable rate. Deliver and pick up for us, quite convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The vehicle check was professionally done as well. I do not have to worry about the vehicle check. The whole process was smooth, an exception for the slower deposit refund process. Overall it was satisfying and I may still take their service again next time.

Convenient: pick me up at airport, go to their nearby office for car evaluation and documents preparation. Car return is convenient too, as they will drop at Departure, much easier than returning the car at airport offices. The car is new and very good condition.

I had a wonderful experience renting a car for the first time in KL, and it was so easy and stress-free! The car was clean and tidy, and it was in excellent condition. I drove all around the city without any issues, which was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making my first journey to KL truly memorable. I will definitely book again in the future and wholeheartedly recommend this car rental to anyone looking for a great experience!

It was easy to use, and I used a compact car, but I only had to fill up five times during the 1,300 kilometers I drove. Fuel economy isn't great. Overall, road conditions were good, so I had no major issues driving.
